If I could give zero stars i would. My brother went in as a walk in. Luckily, they were able to fit him into the schedule but the work they did was terrible. He wanted a fade unfortunately the lady had him walk out with non-symmetrical fade. Lady looked like she didn't know what she was doing and kept cutting and trimming his hair. My brother was livid and will not be returning. Your team needs more training, if you don't know how to do a fade then say so, and the place is disguised as a Barber Shop. Do not waste your money or time going here. Find a real Barber Shop.

I am genuinely disappointed with the service and quality of the cut I got today. I go to this location and another a lot, but I may just go elsewhere. The training employee did not do well nor did the employ helping her. No mirror or clean up afterwards. She did ask "anything else" and I said I'm okay and then just paid and left. I was worn out and ready to leave. It'll grow back or ill buzz it. No stress; I just wanted to leave my review.

I’ve been going to Sport Clips for years and have never had a bad haircut. I have had some really great cuts, though, and my recent visit to the AZ Ave and Ocotillo location with the stylist Felicia was one of them. She was not only very friendly and attentive, she asked me just the right questions to get from me my vision of the look I wanted. I highly recommend her and the store to everyone reading this review.

Best haircut in town! There are good stylists there so they have busy times - get the app and book before you go,
Stylist: Paige is my favorite, she's the best! As a hair-owner, I don't know what I'm doing, but she always makes me look great.

My experience went from greatest place ever to why the discrimination. If I was a barber and a customer told me, “my hair has been getting cut to short, I can’t comb it back.” As a barber, I would measure the length of the last haircut and say to myself, “ok 1 1/2 inches was to short lemme do 2 inches this time” As an example.Common sense would tell me that, but instead: let me get upset with this customer for saying his haircut was to short. Let me erase my name whenever he chooses me to cut his hair, let me make weird eye contact as he sits there waiting. Let me give off an “I’m annoyed that he’s still coming in” vibe. Most importantly, let’s keep making the same mistake continuously and tell him his hair is to difficult to cut.

Ive determined the same barbers that cant fade worth a damn at greatclips and supercuts apply for jobs at sports clips as well... do yourself and go to a real barbershop not a salon in disguise like sports clips obviously is.
