A rock hit my windshield on our lovely rock lined freeways in AZ, Isaiah patched it right up. Both the nice person who answers the phone and the tech were polite and efficient.

They botched my car. The windshield tech ruined my cars Eyesight camera system, and once I finally get that fixed I pick my car up from the dealership, he also pinched wiring so my rear view mirror no longer dims/compass doesn’t work, my side view mirrors no longer adjust and my heated seats don’t work. Great job!

I have been using Specialized Auto Glass for about 7 years now and I will not use anyone else. They are experts with luxury automobiles and know exactly what your car needs and will execute precisely. Right after the glass was installed another guy showed up to connect the electronics to the windshield. I am so grateful for the referral to this auto glass shop. Not all auto glass shops are the same!

Top notch service from the start. I chose Specialized as a recommendation from my Porsche dealer. I'm very particular about any service to my car another local dealer changes windshield in house but I wanted a specialist. Marilyn handled all insurance claims over the phone on a party call so everything was prequalified. I only wanted OEM glass installed and that was no problem. Brent did the install and did a great job no fuss no mess. I delayed replacing the windshield as it can be a hassle. With Specialized this went without a hitch. I wholeheartedly recommend this company they did a great job on my Porsche and will be handling all upcoming replacements.
