I was shopping for a ladies size 11 Wide which the store did not carry I was directed to the men's shoes which did nothing for me I was not interested in a mans shoe. The sales rep suggested I look online for the best selection.

The store is setup so terribly. I’ve never been to a shoe store where I had to try shoes in an aisle. Could not get around the store due to people doing this. Between that and the ladder that had in the middle is an aisle the store became a one way maze to get around. I finally found a pair of shoes and the right one was bigger than the left. Won’t be coming back.

Skechers at the Phoenix Premium Outlets mall is the place to shop for shoes. There’s a huge selection and the customer service is prompt and efficient. Best of all, the pricing is excellent!

I buy the slip-resistant work shoes required for work here. I work in food service, so my shoes get wet sometimes. I tried cheaper shoes because of the price savings, but they fell apart quickly and just didn't last, so I ended up buying several in a row within a short space of time. I learned my lesson. My Skechers are built to last. I pay more for one pair of shoes here, but they last. And, they are built strong and take whatever I need to do in them. So, I get my money's worth, plus... they don't give me any foot issues, which is huge for me because I've suffered with sharp heel pain in the past from working standing on hard cement floors, along with some other foot and toe issues that make me search out the best shoes for my feet. This time, I got the 'max-cushioning' pair. You can really feel the difference.The employees are always alert, friendly and willing to help out with whatever I might need. I usually try on several pairs and take my time making sure that I've got the pair with the most comfortable fit, and the employees are just always willing look for whatever I ask for.The socks are a bit pricey, and I usually get some just for the convenience, but this time I skipped it cuz I've still got a bunch. I would love it if they would stock 'high cushion' socks for people on their feet all day, but overall, I love this Skechers.

Customer service is hit and miss. When you are buying something they will try to sell you a pair of shoes. I bought a pair of slip ons. Size 7.5 fit ok and 8 was too large. Sales lady said try them. I wore them for a day and my right foot got a painful blister so the shoe was too narrow. Tried to return them but they said they would only do an exchange but didn't have any wide sizes. Only option was refund which was extremely aggravating. Sales girl called manager and still they would not give me a refund. I offered to leave the shoes and settle with my credit card company. They finally gave me refund and kept my receipt. If they don't want to refund a sale, post it in big letters on the front window. I will never buy a pair of Skechers again after this experience.

I placed a curbside pick up order and went to pick it up and entered all my information on the website and it said hold tight someone will be out with you shortly and I waited quite a while and finally called and the girl working said she wasn’t going to fulfill it. She didn’t even call to tell me, just said she wasn’t going to do it. She was “too busy“ and I said I am literally parked at your back door in the loading zone & I can’t leave my car because my dog is in so please just bring it out and she still refused and I said so do I just have to cancel the order then and she said Yep sounds good all cheerfully, like she could not have cared less about this job , so I would definitely fire that person

Just left and had a great experience. My daughter and I had an especially great experience with two separate employees who were both genuinely kind and helpful, but not invasive. We got good information about the shoes we looked at and the sales we ended up using. I was very happy with what we ended up with. If I remembered the peoples names I would say them, but I don’t. Thank you though!
