The manager of this store (Jorge) is an outstanding person! I’m a contractor and unfortunately one of our jobs got mistakenly delivered to the wrong address.With one phone call and some planning the manager himself went to correct the issue after he was off work and used his own vehicle and trailer to move the paint from the wrong address to the correct address. I commend him for his efforts and am glad I partnered with such a strong store.

Almost all stores needs to properly trained all their staff or probably they need to replace their Management I'm a delivery driver and they keep messing up with the pick up and drop off location and they never have the order ready some times a waited for more than 15 minutes. When I pick up from Dunn Edwards they'll have the order ready every single time I dont need to wait 15 or 20 minutes
