First time buyer of Sherwin-Williams product, to paint my new 24x32 backyard workshop. My neighbor, a former union painter, recommended the product as the best. I researched online, got the same recommendation and the product happened to be on sale for 30%off, which sealed the deal. Went to the store, was greeted promptly, told how long a wait was( a couple of minutes ) and placed an order for 15 gallons of exterior paint based on knowledge and advice from a personable employee. I felt welcome and appreciated as a retail customer, unlike some other brand stores I've dealt with in the past. First coat finished today; neighbor said it applied just as recommended, and remembered, lol! Great coverage, too, just as advised. I will get paint here again when I need to repaint our home!

Store was clean and organized and Connor was so helpful. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for, but he sat down and went through my options and what would work best for my project! Definitely coming back to this Sherman-Williams again!

I am totally amazed at how Brian provided what I would consider picture-perfect customer service.Sherwin Williams would be doing itself a huge favor by making him the corporate trainer.WoW! Very impressed by his patience, professionalism, sense of humor and knowledge. I would give my experience today at this store a 10-star out of 5.

I'm giving this store 5 stars because of Julia. Very knowledgeable and friendly. she went above and beyond for the customer in front of me. When it came to my turn she was great. i felt bad that she was alone but her customer service is exceptional and deserves to be recognized.

Needed paint for stucco wall that was peeling. HOA gave me 2 photos of can top paint formulas but no paint chip on the most likely one (no app to convert to color). Sales person took the time to try finding an HOA color book and ultimately was able to at least say the color would be slightly lighter than paint chip. Got a gallon of lighter paint and couldn't be happier with the result (lightly painted the undamaged sections - see before/after photos)!

As you might know there has been a shortage of samples everywhere and we needed the entire interior of the house painted! I am not good at choosing colors so after stressing out for weeks and getting some wrong color samples from Lowe's I went to this location. They were out of small sample cans but had a sale on quarts. Which is still pretty expensive if you keep buying wrong colors! However! One of the employees turned out to be extremely helpful! He started printing out labels with what colors exactly were being added to the paint since we didn't want any red or gray undertowns, and it turned out very helpful! We bit the bullet and bought two quarts of sample paint and one of them turned out to be exactly what we'd been looking for! Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

The store reeks of cigarette smoke. Didn’t have any of the most popular paint samples and doesn’t have the big wall samples available. Not impressed
