Walked into Shane Co. to get some ideas for my ring after having bought my fiancé's ring from the Scottsdale location 2 years prior. I visited a few days ago to go engagement ring shopping. The building and rings are beautiful, but I was never helped by an employee. I could tell that they were avoiding me. Maybe they think customers in their 20’s aren’t worth their time? Like I was completely ignored ? I visited nearby jewelers to shop and their customer service was miles above what I experienced at Shane Co. I bought a ring from one of them today.

First time shopping with Shane co. I had been trying to find a replacement for my wife's wedding ring for a long time. I had shopped online and in person at every other major jewelry store with no success. Shane co ended up having exactly what I needed in stock for about $2k less than any special orders I could find. Our sales assistant Kaitlin was excellent. Communication from the jewelers was clear and they were able to get the ring to me in a few days.

We have had an amazing experience at this Shane Co! Rene Williams was so helpful and patient with my fiancé and I. We wanted our wedding bands engraved, but we were so unsure about the details and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted! Sometimes you can feel silly asking questions but i’m never made to feel that way here. Any associate who has helped us in the past has also gone above and beyond.
