I really appreciated the amazing customer service and overall service that was provided by Service Techniques. They were able to fit me into the schedule and replace my alternator the day I called. I would recommend them and plan to return for future services needed.

They just fix cars. No upselling, no sales tactics. We’ve had a couple of tricky issues that Kevin has diagnosed accurately, and then fixed for a fair price. We get all our oil changes here because it’s quality work, and I know they won’t try and sell me a new cabin air filter after putting one in myself.Services: Auto power window repair

I created this account just to write this review. Down here in AZ on vacation and not only did I get right in, but Kevin and crew took care of my truck issue as best they could. If I lived in this area they would be my new mechanic and I would have them taking care of my home fleet from now on. Issue ended up parts that you can only get from Ford and they were totally honest about cost and the labor. They fit me in same day so I could keep on my vacation schedule. I cannot recommend them enough--again I signed up on Yelp just to write the best review I could. So amazing to find someone who isn't out to rip you off!Thank you Kevin!

Best mechanic shop for diagnostics and basic repairs. Kevin is a master mechanic with decades of experience. Brian runs a tight ship and makes sure you get fair pricing and quick turn around. Very honest and fair mechanic shop in chandler. moe

I can't say enough praise. As a DIY-rarely-service-my-cars-anywhere-but-home type, I get stuck too. Without listing details, Kevin & crew are firstly HONESTLY CARING and with that comes integrity. I have so many sources for service and people in the industry, but the trust I have with Service Techniques keeps me going back. I've known them over 20 years and I'll keep going back. I even grew up with the current owner of sun devil auto, and I've used them.. but this is where I go when I want it done (all things considered).

I love to support small businesses, but unfortunately I’d never recommend this place.I brought my car in for coolant leaks and a timing belt change. They offered to fix it for cheaper than the shop near my house, so I decided the drive to chandler was worth it. Big mistake.After they fixed it, I had to return a month later because coolant was still leaking. Then, a week after that, my car started making a terrible noise. I checked the engine and saw that a bolt was missing off of the main pulley. They reused single use bolts that had worn out threading, and it could’ve destroyed my engine. Rather than getting new bolts and fixing my car correctly the first time, they caused me to have to return multiple times to repair their repairs. They kept trying to avoid telling me what was fixed, telling me oh “it’s just O rings, don’t worry about it we covered it, no cost.” I had to ask multiple times for a written receipt of what was done, and turns out it they didn’t tell me the truth of what was replaced.I understand mistakes happen. But the complete lack of care and poor customer service I received is unacceptable. I was put out hundreds of dollars in ride shares and rental cars while they fixed their mistakes. They never apologized for not fixing it correctly the first time and making me return twice at my own expense. Refused to cover any costs I incurred for towing and rentals, and told me “that’s life.” Yes, cars breaking down is life. Taking short cuts and being rude to customers, is terrible service.Services: Engine repair

Don't come here if you are a woman looking for an honest diagnosis... I came here because my ac wasn't working and they fixed it once. Came back for the same issue not too long after and was told that it was because "I wasn't pressing the right buttons on my car". Never would they have told a man he wasn't pressing the right buttons to turn on the ac. It stopped working again and they said they would call me when it was figured out. They wrote down my number wrong and wasted a whole day of me not having a car. When I finally got ahold of them I was told it would be expensive to fix until they finally listened to me and looked up it was under warranty still. Came back the next day with no apology or call when it was ready. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be coming back.

Kevin and the guys are AMAZING! We bring all if our cars to Service Techniques and will never go anywhere else! They always diagnose the issue and fix it in a timely manner and are always fair and honest! I’ve been taken advantage of before but I completely trust these guys. My 88 yr old mother stopped bringing her car to the Mercedes Dealership and only lets Service Techniques work on her car! ❤️❤️❤️Services: General repairs & maintenance

My 2011 Chevy Cruze is dying while I'm driving it. A good friend recommended Service Techniques. They had my car for almost 3 weeks and did absolutely NOTHING. No exams, no claims to my warranty company, NOTHING. We spoke with Brian who claims it was Kevin's fault that the car never got looked at. Claims Kevin wouldn't let him bring the car into the shop. Let's keep in mind that Kevin owns this business. Service Techniques never called with any updates and kept giving me BS reasons for it not getting fixed when I called. I went in to go get my car to take it elsewhere and Brian was at the counter. I simply asked for an explanation as to why my car never got looked at and he said (very rudely) "Kevin. Kevin's the reason it didn't get done. Don't come at me when it's Kevin's fault." I asked to speak with Kevin and I was informed that he was not there. I asked for Kevin's phone number and he threw a business card at me with a general phone number. I asked when Kevin will be back and he said "he's in and out, good luck." So in sort, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO SERVICE TECHNIQUES. You'll wait 3 weeks for absolutely nothing. I'll be taking my car, my money, and my business elsewhere.

My car has been no stranger to the little issues that pop up now and again on an 18 year old vehicle with over 150k miles. First went to Service Techniques because their shop is close to my work. Their professionalism, quality of work, and great prices are why I won’t ever go anywhere else! Reasonable turn around time on repairs, and no problems getting a loaner if available and needed. If you think a good mechanic that you can trust is hard to find, well here’s one!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Owner is a great guy. I was on my way to work and my car had something fall off underneath my car. My sway broke and one side was hanging off. Since this place is a few hundred feet away from my job, I took it here. He checked out my car and told me what was wrong with my suspension and removed the broken part for free. Of course I have to get work done to my car and still pay for parts and labor to get it fixed. But for him to take time off his busy day to inspect and put in some labor for free is a great business owner and really shows he cares about his customers. I will be coming back for any future repairs needed to my car. Thanks again Kevin.

Absolutely excellent service! I routinely take my car there for service and I am never disappointed. They treat their customers like family and always do a tremendous job at an affordable price. In fact, I took my car in there this afternoon for an impromptu visit because the State smog testing service had failed my inspection due to a device the dealer had inserted on a connector device. Since Service Techniques was right around the corner, I immediately took into them late in the day. Kevin and his team did not hesitate to act, identifying and remedying the problem so I could pass inspection easily the next time. And they did it as a courtesy to me. I am extremely grateful for their assistance during a very frustrating time. I will not hesitate to use Service Techniques for any auto service issues I have. They have not only earned my repeat business; they have earned and kept my trust and eternal gratitude. You don't find places as accommodating and professional as this one.
