Jazmin was totally rude she needs to get a new job asap. walked in and asked if i needed to wait in line to get my online order to which she rudely responded with “name?” i told her my name and she snappily responded “your last name” my friend and i stood there shocked. i told her my last name she walked away went to get it and came back with the same rude attitude. find a new job jazmin your clearly not a people person.

Went there to purchased over 100 dollars in products and when I opened one of them was empty we paid over 38 dollars for an empty box not only that but the cashier name Anna was very rude and short and they did not do anything to fix the issue i was robbed onmy birthday!!! I dont recommend this store to anyone

I wanted some makeup, but the minute I walked in, I was assaulted by the pungent smell of sincerely strong perfumes. It was so bad that I immediately walked out and had to sit down to recover.

My wife loves their products. But we were in there for like 20 minutes and the 7-8 employees in there just circled up and chatted with each other the whole time. We even stood at the checkout counter for 3-5 minutes while they were doing literally nothing. Four stars for product, zero for service.

I came here with my boyfriend recently during non-busy hours (about 7 PM on a Tuesday evening) and was essentially ignored or treated like a bother by a handful of the employees (at one instance I asked an employee about an "intense" version of a perfume, and she essentially said "if it says intense, it's intense" - very "duh"-type treatment.)
I believe the only employee who offered any help and generally did not seem put-off at the idea of helping customers was a girl with bright orange hair - who was helpful. We are new to fragrances and had a few questions, both willing to make sizable purchases, but we ended up leaving with very little as we felt just generally unwelcome. I have worked customer service jobs all my life and am empathetic to employees who deal with difficulties customers, or who are asked a lot of questions, but neither was the case here. We left feeling pretty uncomfortable, and given our treatment I wouldn't come back to this location.

Very frustrated with this location. I've been a member a long time and this is the only place that always seems out of stock of items I want. Also, make sure your products have barcodes and if not do NOT let them scan anything else in its place because it makes it unreturnable!!! I just got scammed out of $54 for one product that sucks!! Go somewhere else!!

This used to be my favorite Sephora, well stocked with friendly staff. For the past half a year, it has transformed into a glorified play place for children. Kids running around, screaming, yelling, kicking on the floor, it has become the stereotypical online “10 year olds take over Sephora” store. Time and time again, weekend or weekday, I am overstimulated by the amount of chaos, noise, sample hogging, you name it. I’m sad that a once fun place to try on and buy makeup has become a place that I can’t bring myself to enter.

I went in for a color match for a preselected concealer that I wanted and after I asked for assistance they began to tell me I had cystic acne (it’s not, it’s hormonal) and telling me I need to go to a doctor and need medicine. They then proceeded to try to sell me products for acne when all I wanted was a color match. It made me feel very insecure and they were so rude. I am an esthetician and I KNOW that is not something you should do. Very disappointing

Whether you're an experienced model, a self-conscious tenanger, or an adult male who's never used cosmetic products before, but here at sephora, they welcome anyone and everyone with unjudging-eyes
Sephora has a large collection of a variety of different leading brands, some of which are even used in the modeling industry. You won't find any cheap gimmicks at this store
Products ranging from the smallest of tasks to the largest
For anyone not experienced in cosmetics and skincare, one can simply ask the many friendly employees as to what they want to accomplish and will proced to lead you to the varying brands and options at your disposal that will do just that
The product in this store can make a difference in anyone's life's from skin issues to aging from men to women from adults to children it don't make a difference who you are or what you do. there are products here for everybody
The results don't lie. Products work. as an Almont middle-aged man who ones looked as a troll. I am a walking example of what these products can do and how they can benefit one's life.
