“New to Extra Space Storage here in Chandler. The staff has been extremely helpful. Krissy in-particular makes sure that the property is completely safe and secure. Any problems with people coming on property that are not customers, she handles promptly and has a great open line of communication with the Chandler Police Department. The staff is great that hours of operation are great, and thanks to them, I feel like myself and my property are safe and secure.”

“I was assisted by Tammy today and she was hands down the best employee at CubeSmart. Not only was she knowledgeable but she took the time to show me several different units on the property. The best part was she volunteered to give an exclusive tour by GOLF CART ( talk about above and beyond customer service)!She advised how to avoid price increases in the future so I paid 6 months in advance to secure my rate without any surprises. She gave meTHE FIRST MONTH FREE as well. She took her time and explained every question I had and how to avoid any problems with the owner! I initially didn’t want to rent here because word of mouth about the owner being MONEY HUNGRY and combative have spread at this particular CubeSmart. Tammy resolved all my concerns and made me feel comfortable.Rent here if you can connect with Tammy ONLY! She is exceptional!!”

I was in and out with the perfect storage unit, at the most reasonable rate I could find, with a great promotion, easy on my wallet. The follow up and assistance from over a month prior to signing up was unbelievable. The facilities are like new and perfectly clean. Access hours are good too. Everything was exactly what was promised or exceeded my expectations. They even gave me a gate code my aging brain can remember! And my old lock even worked.
