Best customer service! We just bought a few sandals and tennis shoes here. The sales folks were so incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy at all. Definitely the best customer service we have ever experienced shoe shopping in our lives!

I bought a pair of shoes from here a couple of years ago and they are the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. I'm on my feet all day, really long hours and these shoes have really helped. I have had to buy a few new pairs of insoles ove time, but that's no big deal. The other day I went in to buy another pair of insoles and a gentleman named Tom convinced me to buy the thicker, more expensive insoles. I've tried to make them work but they are just too thick and hurt my feet really bad. I just got off the phone with Tom and he is refusing to let me exchange the insoles, because of Covid rules he says. I will never buy from this store again nor will I recommend my coworkers. I was actually allowed to exchange shoes not so long ago, so I'm not understanding these new Covid rules. Tom also said that there was no one above him to talk to, and that he makes all the final decisions.

They literally should outline that they don't sell any other brand besides their own. Never heard of a shoe store that does that.

Temporary store hours are on their website and they are on their door but they’re not open so don’t drive over for no reason!

So helpful with such a wide variety. They are the best shoes out there. My aunt needs some thing sturdy and secure. But they are so stylish as well as being practical .Jessica was a ton of help. I will definitely be back

I didn't think that customer service like this still existed. Richard helped my 92 year old mom pick out shoes. She has problem feet and is slow to make decisions. He could not have been more patient and kind. They will have my business based on shoe quality and customer service.

Loved the personalized service. Have a huge, really large selection of very well made orthotic shoes. Skimmers, loafers, boots, sandals, tennis shoes, just a huge selection.
