Wow came to write a review and am not surprised that others have experienced the same thing as me!!
I came in to return an item I purchased online, it took 2 people 15+ minutes to get this done.
Did I get any sort of apology or acknowledgement of my time being wasted?? Absolutely not, even as I was handed the receipt and walked away no thank you/have a nice day??
JOSEPH was the person that completed the return & should get a job at something NONCUSTOMER FACING.. #1 key in customer service is proper salutations, he gave none & the store was empty 2:00pm on a Wednesday.
I am a former Saks off 5th employee of stores in Chicago and Denver. They’re customer service here sucks & is really weird and stand-offish.. Why is he still there with multiple bad reviews?? I will be contacting corporate.

Customer service and cleanliness were present at the store. A must visit store if looking for high quality items, for reasonable prices ?

They act very rude and racist. When items need to be looked up the atire attendants are so unprofessional and act as if it's their first day in the job. Please treat everyone fair...We the customer Pay your bills.

The Clothes are pretty cool. most are fairly cheap. but some good finds. The staff however is horrible. Joseph at the front desk was so rude to us as we were cashing out almost like judging our purchases. The manager Linda or Lindsay (hard to catch her name she was trying to be quiet). was just gossiping with 2 other employees about the other people walking around the store. Like is she gonna be making fun of us too? not a welcoming place. As management you shouldnt be setting such a poor, toxic example.

The manager (Lindsay) was accusing us of lying about the product we purchased. She also yelled at like 2 other employees when we were trying to inqure about products. that old lady lindsay should not be managing at all. Thought we would have a good time. also the clothes are cheap as hell

Cool clothes. But the manager was so rude. Her name was linda or lindsay. We were asking questions about products and she kept telling us to just walk around and go look.

A whole lot of nothing. Just this location is eh. Most clothes have make up stains on them or ruined by bo from others tying them on. I use to shop at saks in Dallas the orginal store and always found something. First time trying the outlet and walked out without buying a thing. Can't control what the trucks bring in. I understand that. Just saying this store is eh sorry.

Rude Employee and supervisor they didn’t accept my return just because I removed the tag!I even kept the tags and the receipt she yelled at me and said not accepted my return!
