I am a huge Ross fan and usually not one to complain but this needed to be said. I went in about 9:45pm this location closes at 11pm. The workers looked so unprofessional.. No one looked like they combed their hair.. and the ENTIRE staff was sick.. the older women who was checking us out was sneezing and coughing the ENTIRE time... I had my baby with me I had no choice... both of us are now sick because of this careless staff. If you are sick, call out, go home. We all miss work days we needed the money for it is not worth harming others. ALSO, the manager at 10:25 came around telling me " you know we close soon " excuse me , but you do that about 15 minutes to close not almost an hour to close. shame on this staff I will not be returning.

Very friendly young people working there. I returned a suit for my mom she passed away . I had no problem with the return. I highly recommend Ross for your shopping needs.

I just love Ross. I have been shopping with Ross over 10 years now. I have been to three different locations in Az and this Ross location is my favorite. The prices are always affordable. I really like the name brand purses they sell. Also they have some very cute sandals ! I’m a big time sandal girl! The dresses are my favorite. They are so cute and always so many options for my curvy body type. I got about 4 dresses today for like 55.00 bucks. The prices on these cute dresses are way more affordable than at the mall. I like going on weekdays during the day, or weekends but before 11am. The store can get super crowded on weekends. I hate going when it’s crowded because people stand in the way and they are irritating. I am so pleased with this Ross location!!
