Look, I have trust issues. I got burned too many times at those franchise auto shops like Brakes Plus until a co-worker mentioned Rich's Auto. I tried them out and felt a HUGE weight lift off my shoulders. These guys do NOT mess around. Ken is the customer service rep. Great guy. Serves no BS. He'll tell you how it is. That is the kind of service you want on your car.

There is no shortage of good things to say about Rich's Automotive. Call to schedule your work if possible. Their diagnoses are prompt and their pricing fair. They even take the time to explain what the work will entail to my daughters when they call. Wouldn't go anywhere else
