The hotel was very nice! Room was gorgeous and had a very functional layout. Bathroom was very clean and modern.The only gripe, which has nothing to do with the hotel. is there's a gamble on getting the lovely aroma of pond scum that can sometimes come from the city of Chandler. Otherwise, a really great stay!

I forgot a pair of brand new shoes out of my room.. still in the box and everything. Didn’t realize until after I checked out. Called afterwards and they said they didn’t have them.. AKA meaning they were stolen out of the room instead of taken to the front desk to be held. So messed up and disappointing. I know people leave things all the time in hotel rooms and common practice would to be to hold the items for a bit until the guest realizes they’re missing..

No hot water! No apology from front desk! No wifi connection!Does Marriott know? Doubtful…We sent a message to the general manager regarding these issues…NO RESPONSE. Conditions so poor, my husband wants to switch hotels. :-(Noteworthy details: Complaints not acknowledged.

Great Experience. Awesome Lobby. The hotel is very well kept, very clean and tidy. Rooms are updated and welcoming. Free beer from the bar (at specific times) when you get in during the evening. I would defiantly revisit again.

We came here for our anniversary, expecting to have a great experience. However, we were just disappointed in almost everything except for the location.We came in early (around 1 pm) and there was no one at the front desk to help us. That's fine, we understand maybe they don't do early check-ins, so we just came back around 3 pm. Upon checking in, the receptionist said that there would be a free breakfast the next day, but they didn't. (Should have informed us right away). We also requested to have a late check-out and they let us stay until 1 pm. But when I was using my key card around noon, the door didn't let me in, and have to ask my husband to open the door for me. Without knocking, the housekeeper just opened our door even though we already asked to check out late. Hope they'll improve their system by informing the housekeepers of the late check-outs and making the key card function on the time that we agreed.It also takes time before the water in the sink/restroom to get hot. And it is funny that they have an envelope and QR code for tips, but nothing like pen and paper which most of the Residence Inns that I've been to have.

This is a nice place in a great location. Beautiful area, beautiful grounds. Quiet. Many things to do and restaurants close by. The room was very nice. My only issue was the wi-fi. You can pay for an upgrade, otherwise the basic service is almost non-functional. You will need your own carrier service. We were not in the room much except to sleep so it isn't a deal breaker. They have fire pits outside when the sun goes away. Nice staff. We would certainly stay again.

This was an absolutely stunning property with views galore. The indoor/outdoor space, with the Lakeview is breathtaking. However, the WiFi connection wasn’t consistent for me. And since I barely had cellular service too, it made it very difficult to get any work done while I was there!

When I try to take a shower at night, the water is cold, even when I let the hot water runs for half an hour. Even the pond outside of the hotel was warmer than the water that comes out of the shower head. This is the first time I can't get hot water in a Marriott hotel. This is a new low. Awfully disappointed.

We stayed there a few weeks ago. It's a very convenient beautiful location. The facility is pretty clean and not noisy. Nathan at the Front Office has been simply awesome! I recommend this location.
