Hooked me up, and made sure I had brand new tires. Chris was definitely helpful, especially at this time in our economy when every dollar counts. Praises due to the most high for this births helping out without any wavering. Even hooked my son up with an incentive for being so patient. I appreciate the help. 2nd time I’ve come hear and left due to the bad service… they ordered wrong wheels and started trying to charge me to do a wheel alignment on purchase wheels not tires… shady

Inexpensive tires available, but customer service definitely needs improvement! When I initially contacted them I was interested in some tires that were a little over $900 for 4. With tax, mount balance and all I'd expect to pay a little over $1000. When I went in and initially got started, we agreed on a bi-weekly payment amount, but when they brought my paperwork, AFTER putting the tires on, they wanted me to sign that the total balance with interest on payments would be over $4000! This is just for 4 tires on a car! So I argued that there was no way it could be that much, we argued back and forth for several minutes, and Miguel said I was being " tough" because I was refusing to sign something stating I'd pay $4000 for 4 tires, AND I wanted the correct odometer reading on the paperwork because there is in fact a Mileage warranty on the tires and they just entered "12300" which is just a made up number! After a while, the manager finally came over and agreed the amount was wrong! They finally got the pricing fixed and I went on my way.. When they were initially doing my paperwork they made a copy of my debit card for future payments, even had me sign an authorization form. My first payment I made online a day early, the next payment, on my due date, I got an extremely rude call from Miguel stating they did not have a card on file and they needed my card information. I told him they had taken a copy of my card the first day and when I asked what happened to the copy, he threatened to cancel my contract if I did not send him card information. I argued that they had in fact taken a copy and he said he didn't know what happened to it, " they might have shredded it" I expressed my concerns regarding the misplacement of this documentation, but he continued to threaten to cancel my contract if I did not email him my card information. I emailed the card information, and a few minutes later he called back and said they did in fact find the original copy and apologized, but the fact that he was so aggressive and tried to threaten me, when it was an obvious mistake on their end is just ridiculous! I was going to have my daughter go to get tires there, but after my experience, I would not refer anyone to them!

Brought my car here to have a tire and wheel mounted and balanced. Chris made me feel very welcome, and was very accommodating to my kids and I. The service was amazing. I would absolutely recommend coming here. Definitely a relief after all the stress I went through locating the right size rims.

Had the worst experience coming to this store. Wanted a certain tire. Not to get a lecture or history lesson on how the guy behind the counter was right and knew what he was talking about. The guy at this store continued to talk over me as if I was arguing with him very unprofessional. I get that maybe these guys are experts but they lost my business and interest in shopping with them.
