Terrible customer experience making a return. The associate made a comment about what they were going to do with my return, unfortunately what they do with their returns shouldn't impact my ability to make a return as a paying customer. Will no longer be shopping at this store.

I brought my (used to me) mountain bike in after having a chain break and gear troubles. I came down from Payson, so I was hoping they could do the repairs while I was still in town. I’m new to mountain biking, so I don’t know too much about the sport yet. Manuel and Ryan spent a lot of time explaining the vulnerabilities of gears, as well as how to be safe on a mountain bike. They got the bike done within a few hours, and it works great! It was also done at a fair price. Great folks! I highly recommend this bike shop!

It's an REI. If you know, you know! If you don't, you should! Yeti, Klean Kanteen, hydro flask, Kühl clothing, Prana, The North Face and others. This location expanded several years ago and thankfully they did.

Brought my bike in and Jonathan was great. He helped me take the bike out of my car and into the store, fixed me up with two new tubes, valve, and chain lube, made sure I got the proper pricing, and made some great recommendations. Then he took the bike back to my car and carefully put it back into the trunk. Prompt, friendly, and honest service. Can't ask for more than that ;)

Retardant people work here. Worst REI location to go to. Was looking to buy a new mountain bike and some accessories to go with it but not a single person to help. They all seemed to be talking to each other or walking around trying to look busy. Pathetic lazy bums don’t want to help customers ok we’ll just go to bike masters. Bike masters will at least ask you to see what they can help you with this REI location the employees suck. Maybe it’s the heat but they suck
