I would give a negative star if there is an option. She ruined my day with my eyebrows. First I went with an appointment. She is always on call even if you go with an appointment. This time she asked me to try with another lady which am not ok. But she convinced me saying she will be there to look after if anything gone wrong. I was not happy with the work the other female did. so I called her to chk but this owner completely spoiled my eyebrows. am not giving her another chance and I left the place in anger. She doesn't even feel sorry. She is not even bothered about losing a customer.

I have been going to Rambha over 10yrs. Never had a bad experience. I always call ahead to see when she has time available and i’m in and out. Very happy with Rhamba! Would highly recommend her.

I walked in on my lunch break to get my eyebrows threaded. When I opened the door there was a foul odor (like p**** coming from the building.I greeted the receptionist and she stayed looking down at her phone for about 5 mins before she greeted me back. I asked if I needed an appointment for eyebrow threading she said no she could do it now. She showed me to the back and told me to sit in a chair. I waited for about 15 mins for her to come in and get started, still nothing. As I was waiting I heard someone come in and try and get an appointment, whoever was cleaning the floor was so rude to whoever walked in. She told the lady that it wasn’t her problem she couldn’t get an a appointment with whoever she wanted. SMH! I grabbed my things and walked out. The lady that was supposed to do my brows was outside talking to someone in the parking lot. SMH!Very very bad customer service and the building stinks! Do not go here for anything!Service: Eyebrow threading

I got my eyebrows threaded by Rambha and she did such a great job! She was gentle and took her time making sure I liked my brows. I have had my brows threaded at other places and my eyes tear up a lot because of the pain. I don't know what she did differently but it was virtually painless! I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you, Rambha!

Had threading done for the first time on my eyebrows by Rambha. one, procedure is completely painless. Feel a kinda rug burn sensation, but not painful. Two, she did a great job shaping.
