Seems I'm not the only one having issues with this QT (being my first time at this location) I do Lyft full time and frequent QTs often enough I should be a secret shopper! I see at least 8QTs throughout the day. Anyway, this was the most unclean (restroom) I've ever seen and there were more people working than I think I've ever seen at a QT at one given time. To correspond with a man's review on here it seems like they are all just "busy bodies" appearing to be busy doing stuff when actually they ain't doing nothing...

This is by far the worst QT I've ever gone to and I lived in the midwest where QuikTrTrips is based and just have never experienced so many issues. Fourth time in two weeks they are out of Tea. So I'm forced to buy a bottle. Never thought I would say this but I'll go to a competitor across the street from now on.

For context, I stop at various QT locations, multiple times per day. This place is ridiculous. The first time I stopped there, it was a complete mess, a lot of the drinks were out, and most of the food was clearly old and needed to be thrown away.
I stopped there again today and it was the same story. I bought two taquitos because all of the grab and go food was super old. I ate the first one and when I went to eat the second, I realized that it’s not even close to being cooked.
All of the employees there were running around, cleaning random things, and I definitely got the impression that they were trying to look busy. This location very clearly has terrible management. I don’t blame the employees at all and neither should you (manager reading this). It’s easy to tell that they are on edge and dealing with toxic management. You clearly don’t have a handle on your location. Get it together.

Disgruntled employee can do a lot to alienate customers. There was a really upset and already angry dude working and he took it personally that I needed to use the bathroom really quick right as he was putting up the sign that he’s going to clean the women’s room. I said give me two seconds, this is literally why I chose QT.. because of the available bathrooms. Mind you, it’s 8:30 on a busy night in Chandler. This dude is cleaning the women’s room at the worst time. But he was unreasonable.. looked like he wanted to kill me. And then when I went outside to my car to get gas he was staring at me and angrily sweeping trash around right by my car. It was aggressive. If he was happy as an employee he would’ve had A LOT more chill and been like “no worries.. use the restroom and then I’ll mop it”. But he was already OBVIOUSLY unhappy with his job. I usually love QT.. this was the worst one I’ve ever been to because of this one guy. Also.. it doesn’t have the jalapeño ranch Ruffles. This guy should learn to lighten up about 1000%.. or get a different job.

I would not suggest ordering food from here . We have so many issues recently with staff not making the correct orders . It's too bad that staff is not reading the screen correctly for extra cheese or no onions , not toasted etc .
