I went in wanting to buy 2 pairs of men's board shorts. I left with 4 and the only reason is I ran into the most caring helpful considerate sales person in a long long time. Recently shopped in their early Black Friday Sale. We want to support the stores and brands we love. However, this store has gone downhill this year with its staff and customer service. Our biggest issue is that the prices in the register do not match what is labeled on the clothing items. There is generally an overall 10% difference in the price of the item in the register as to what is marked on the items. This for many of our items was anywhere from $3-$7. We made a large purchase and found we were overcharged around $50 extra. When asking "why" the prices didn't match -- we were told "INFLATION". This was a BS answer and expected customers (as they put it) "to not notice". Fix your pricing on the products on your shelves to match your system! Be honest and transparent with your customers! Additionally, some of the sales items that were identified (red line through the price) as being marked down as 60% were only given the standard 40% discount (the store was a whole store 40% off for this sale). When asking for the correct discount and correct price, they became defensive and dismissive of my age and watched every dime. It was their mistake during the scans, but I was blamed for it!?? How does this make sense? I knew I should have canceled the sale and walked out, but I didn't and that was my mistake that I won't make again. If you shop at this location make sure they honor the prices that are on the items versus their "hidden" inflation prices in their system and make sure that any percentage discounts are truly applied. If they are missed you have options: pay the extra letting them know this behavior IS ACCEPTABLE going forward, request them to honor the prices, or walk out and spend your money two stores down at Hurley where they have accurate pricing, have great customer service, and honor any sales or discounts they have going.

Drove here from Scottsdale because apparently it’s the only one in AZ. Great store, not huge but great selection. Employees were friendly and everything was organized inside. Super deals as well! 40% almost everything! I’m hoping they open back up some more stores in the valley!

Amazing staff, very helpful. I felt very welcomed like it was my home. Lol. I can’t remember what her name was, I think Kasandra (her name started with a k). She was the nicest staff employee and helped look for things I wanted! Nothing but positive vibes and love come out of that business. I just felt it was only right to share my wonderful experience I received on my first time here. Cheers ?
