Managers,This place is not customer service focused. Should I make an appointment it is it first come first serve? It's sad when a genuine issue is identified, the rep offers no real path to a reasonable outcome nor offers to bring in their leadership. It's not their fault, it's yours, the dealership's. Changing of policy with no gray area for customers during a transition period is fundamentally flawed.Customers: Requirements by the ford maintenance plan seems to keep changing like the price of fuel and it seems you're just never in the window. So they in the past would send me on my way, Like they did about 8 months ago. I had to have it done on my own dime. At that time, they were first come first serve ONLY- no appointments... I've asked every time before, they CAN'T make an appointment as it's always first come first serve, so I rearranged my day off to get this done today- now I'm the first one in line, really early this morning. I'm told - yeah, no first come first serve... like, what are you thinking dude? Schedule your appointments! You should have made an appointment. Sure they offered me an appointment another time, but I really don't think some people comprehend the complexities of a dad juggling 2 kids, trying to juggle his team at work, sure let me put everything down to bow to Earnhardts oil schedule. Nah.I live a mile from this place, definitely worth the trek to another location. I really do wish I never got that stupid maintenance plan. Don't bother with them! Seriously, you'll be buying your own oil and fuel filter changes on your own anyway.

The service here keeps getting better! I brought my vehicle to them (same place I bought it from) for a oil change and auto butler. Great communication, got a text to approve tire rotation (added after vehicle inspection), approved it directly in the link, then got a call when it was ready for pickup. Seemless!! Thank you very much!!

Bo is always good. You just cut those sweet potato pies and half though. Not good, not good. I know, inflation.

It was okay!!! The work was of average and the customer service was of average. I thought all quick lanes linked with each other. Since I moved, the Ahwatukee location is now closer for me but after learning that they don't connect I'll drive out to N. Scottsdale for service.

Been going here for a while now. The last two visits have been off though. First visit, they didn’t refill any fluids during the oil change. Second visit, I happen to check under the hood to see if things have been topped off… my whole wiper fluid cap is GONE!. They definitely recommend things that’s already done so there’s no way of knowing if something really needs to be replaced or the system is suggesting it due to mileage. Staff is cool. Definitely takes about 1.5-2hrs for oil change. They have to do better.

Must now make appointment for oil change. No way to know of this change until you pull up and are told you can go in and make an appointment, not a service available online, or wait 5hours for oil change. This is late Friday morning with no line. They should take down the Quick Lane sign on the building. I don’t mind waiting and looking at maybe trading my 2019, but not 5 hours.

Great experience on my expedition's coolant leakage problem which was highly probably caused by Ford mesa service. It might be take a little longer than others, might because their waiting list is long.

I am new to AZ and was looking for a dealership to service my Explorer. Everyone was very friendly here and they seemed to have a great running operation. I really wanted to like them. I went in for an oil change/multi point inspection. I was told that there were multiple issues that needed addressing. Unfortunately, many of the items that I was told needed to be addressed, had been done recently. When i told them this, they said that because they didn't have access to my history, they didn't know what service had been performed prior. Too bad Ford service doesn't communicate nationwide. Did they really inspect my vehicle or just go by mileage and what is usually done at various mileage intervals??? No trust was built there! I will be looking for a trustworthy dealership to service my car!Service: Oil change
