6 weeks later Prolite Auto Glass has refused to contact me about a solution regarding the installer installing a cheap Chinese windshield that obviously has defects. I was in contact with Prolite's customer service "Princess" regarding the issue but every answer is very cryptic and unhelpful telling me to wait but it has been over 3 weeks since I told them about my ADAS camera being misaligned. I've called and texted multiple times but get the same response to just "wait". I should've picked a different shop to do business with. Their manager "Lily" will not contact you if you have an issues regarding the quality of their work. 1/5 stars I do not recommend doing business with Prolite. Poor customer service, low quality workmanship, unresponsive management.

They say they give you money to replace windshield. And that they will send you a check. But then it never shows up then you have to keep calling and oh we sent it off so and so date never comes. Still going to call about your money very badway to do business.

Great prices, free mobile installation, the installer was professional, called before arriving, and installed two windows very quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Everything went great. The customer service provided when making the appointment and contacting insurance went well. Everyone who came out for the mobile service to my home was communicative and let me know they were on their way and how long it'd take to arrive. Work was quick and everything turned out great!

This is the worst place to schedule with. They tell you a date ask for pictures. When we sent them they thought the crack in the ceiling was in the windshield. They were not interested in our business. Finally got them to schedule an appointment and they made us another excuse why they could not complete the job. Maybe come out and look at the crack if you can't tell by the picture. There are 100 places that will look and fix the crack on inspection. Don't bother wasting your time. Took over a week to get an appointment!! Terrible.

Excellent Service! Sadly this past Wed 1/18/2023 I got a darn stone hitting my Windshield just got on the 202 Red Mountain OverPass to the US60 when it happened. Couldn't make it a week without getting hit! Windshield looked Awesome up til that morning. Overall very professional! They will always be my GoTo Windshield Guys.

I have a 2022 Jeep Gladiator that I paid extra for gorilla glass. Prolite worked with my insurance to make sure I got the exact same windshield. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He worked fast and did the job very well. I have had windshields replaced by Prolite before and definitely will use them in the future and would recommend them. Also the $130 cash back was pretty nice too.

ProLite was great to work with! The techs came out to my work to replace my windshield and were here right on time! Setting up my appointment was quick and easy and they were quick to answer my call when I needed to update the address to come to for completing the job. Next time I need a windshield replacement I will be returning to them. :)

ProLite got back to me quickly with a competitive quote for my 2022 Toyota. I needed two appointments, one for the install and one for the calibration of the integrated lane tracing technology. The technicians came to my house at the time they specified and did a great job.

I called and received a same real time quote! Everything was done pretty much h through text so that was convenient. The tech showed up on time and took car of the glass. I will use you in the future! No lore safelite.
