My family and I are so happy with Primrose. After extensive research and getting all our questions answered, deciding to go with this daycare was the best decision we could have done. We know our little one is in the best care.

I’m so happy my son goes to primrose. Primrose has helped my son’s speech a lot. He has been meeting his developmental milestones and growing really well. I recommend this school to all moms out there. The teachers are great and the family who runs the school really built a wonderful community for all the kids and their family. ❤️❤️❤️

Anita and her staff run a tight ship at this Primrose. We were here for a short time, but the care that goes into this school shows. Our son picked up on sign language in less than two months and we got consistent quality updates throughout the day. Mrs. Jepson, the young toddler teacher, did a fantastic job with getting our son acclimated to his new class and we will definitely miss this school.

Our daughter has been enrolled in Primrose since she was 1 year old, and now at nearly 5 years old, we continue to be very pleased with the school and believe it is the perfect fit for her. We did not prioritize teaching our daughter at home, but at Primrose, she has flourished and has learned a variety of skills including letters, numbers, and songs. Though there were occasional incidents, the management at Primrose was responsive and quick to address any concerns. We appreciated their willingness to listen to feedback, and have since recommended the school to multiple families. While we have had a positive experience overall, we do have a few suggestions for improvement for the management. Firstly, we believe that their policy of not admitting children past 11 am, even with advance notice, is too rigid. For example, during the pandemic, one of our daughter's classmates had a family member who tested positive for COVID-19, and we were notified by Primrose that it was safe to send our child to school the next day. Unfortunately, due to a meeting, we were unable to send our daughter before 11 am, and she was not allowed to attend school that day. We believe that there should be some flexibility in such situations.Additionally, while we appreciate that the school teaches manners to children, we feel that they could place greater emphasis on this aspect of education. As parents, we understand that it is our responsibility to teach our children good manners, but we believe that the school could encourage and reinforce these behaviors more consistently. In conclusion, we have had an exceptional experience with Primrose and would like to extend our gratitude to the school. Despite our suggestions for improvement, we would wholeheartedly recommend the school to other families.

Our daughter was only at Primrose for a short time, but we felt very welcomed from the start. The facility is clean and well maintained, and Anita is a kind, incredible and savvy childcare director. Her and her daughter are very professional and were the reason we enrolled with their approach driven by education and childhood development stages. We also appreciated the Procare app they used for activity updates and payments.

Primrose School of West Chandler is a lovely school. Our son has been going here for over a year now and we really like the staff/owners, technology they use to communicate with parents and the educational activities they offer for the kiddos are top notch. You can see in the photos I posted they have a splash pad for the kids and work on learning activities. I love receiving these images of my little guy while at work. Thanks Primrose for loving and educating sweet Declan!

We now have 3 children who have progressed through Primrose of West Chandler’s programs, starting in the infant room. Our eldest, this past May, graduated from the Pre-K program while our other 2 are currently in Preschool Pathways and Young Toddlers.
Our eldest son initially attended another school until he came home with a black eye as an infant and we were told it was his fault. We pulled him out of that school QUICKLY and was pleased to learn about Primrose School of West Chandler opening. During our initial meeting the owner, Anita Patel, we shared our prior experience, expressed our concerns, and shared our expectations. We knew then that our value and philosophy in caring for children was aligned. Several years later and this is still true.
We have gotten to know every single staff member that has interacted with our children over the years and have never hesitated to express any concerns that we have had to any member of the staff. There has not been a single instance where we’ve shared feedback that has gone unacknowledged nor ignored. From our experience, Anita Patel (the owner), Marissa Patel (the director) and every member of the Primrose staff is committed to the safety, well-being, and progression of the students.
We would make the decision to trust our children with the Primrose again. Even after moving away from Chandler, we decided to keep our boys enrolled. We happily make the drive because we know what to expect and our boys continue to thrive at the Primrose School of West Chandler. And my husband, a retired police officer who grew up to his family owning/operating a nursery. After all these years, the Patels have become like family.
We highly recommend Primrose of West Chandler.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this school. Let me start off by saying this review is for the West Chandler location. They are friendly and responsive which is a big deal in a daycare. When they tell you they send updates through their app, they mean it and actually send daily updates all day long. I feel connected to my kids day even when I am not around them and it helps to start conversation with them about their days when we get home. I have two kids there who have thrived beyond my expectations out of a preschool. My almost pre-k is already starting to put sounds and letters together for reading. I’m amazed at how detail oriented the teachers are. I always know my kids are safe and happy which is most important and they have better meals during the day than I do! They both have gone to a few different daycares and I am blessed to have found this one. Anytime I have a concern they handle it. My kids father and I are not together and they are always accommodating of us transferring overnight bags for the other household. Emotionally the teachers for my kids have been amazing. The morals and knowledge they show my kids is beyond what a preschool teacher needs to do. If I could choose, my kids would never leave!

It can certainly be nerve racking trusting in others to care for your child! But, Anita and the Primrose of West Chandler staff have made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and supported, and have been very flexible and accommodating throughout the enrollment process and on. It's clear that Anita cares deeply for the students and their experience. She is a gracious, detailed and organized director who makes running a top notch school during a pandemic seem like a breeze. Primrose procedures are solid and they take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously which is great relief to me as my daughter has many. When we first decided to enroll, I was worried that she may be exposed to something and require her epi pen. After seeing how they operate, I feel completely comfortable. The facility is immaculately kept! The outdoor play areas and splash pad are top quality. The staff is very organized and caring and the school operates like a well oiled machine despite current challenges the childcare industry is facing on a national level. With so many moving parts in the lives of working parents, being able to rely on your child's educators is invaluable! Thank you Anita and the Primrose team! You are appreciated.

I was always the parent never understanding why or how someone could drop their child off at daycare. But I must say this school has completely changed how I feel about childcare. I am so grateful to have my daughter enrolled and I am so thankful for the staff for making everyday awesome for my almost 3 year old. They have given me the availability to work when I need to and not have to worry about how my daughter is through the day. I love the updates and even pictures of how she is interacting- this is more than what I was expecting and Thank You Primrose for your excellent work! I highly recommend to anyone. They are independently owned so I am speaking for the chandler location and again couldn’t be more happy with my experience!

Where do I begin?
All of the proverbial "check boxes" that young parents are looking for in a facility that will be a second home to their children are checked. Safety, nutrition, curriculum, socialization, acceptance and diversity - the list goes on. These items are all table stakes and Primrose doesn't take the responsibility lightly. We are updated throughout the day with pictures, updates on snacks and meals, updates on bathroom breaks (very helpful while we potty trained), etc. But none of the above should be a surprise in this industry and from this brand.
The curriculum is exactly what you would expect from a Primrose school, allowing our son's active and creative mind to thrive. But what really sets this school apart is their PEOPLE. Anita Patel (Owner) and her staff have been extensions of our family for over a year now. I can't put into words how thoughtful and patient they have been throughout our time with this school. If you are looking for a safe environment where the entire staff knows your child by name, even if they are not your child's teacher, look no further.
Our son is the primary attendee of this school, but when COVID put our daughter's school year in jeopardy, Anita and team were flexible and willing to launch a distance learning support classroom where her staff would help our Kindergartner learn in her online class. This isn't something they had to do, but they understood the pressure and the stress that their young families were under and opted to do whatever they could to help.
Speaking of COVID, their response to this pandemic has been impressive to say the least. Their policy changes demonstrate that their students' safety is their number one concern and they make every effort to ensure our son and our family stay safe while the world is upside down. We even received an alert when the parent of a child in another classroom was diagnosed with COVID. Even though she knew this may scare some families and threaten existing enrollments, Anita prioritized our family's safety by making us aware of the situation and allowing us to make an informed decision in continuing to send our son to school there. As a matter of fact, the honesty and openness did nothing but reinforce for us that our son is in the right place. My wife is a practicing Physician Assistant with an additional Masters degree in Public Health. She has not felt "safe" in very many places over the last several months as COVID rages on, but we certainly feel safe here.
Thank you to Ms. Gigi, Ms. Russel, Ms. Moua, Ms. Eaton and to both Marissa Patel (Director) and Anita Patel (Owner). Thank you all for playing such a vital role in our family.
