Had long hair for a very long time, Alisa helped me by cutting a 16" braid (roughly 18" straight) to send to Wigs for kids and turn my hair into an awesome short do that's easy, light, fun... exactly what I wanted, but made to fit my face and style!

Alisa has been doing my hair for many years now. She is honest, enjoyable and great at what she does. She definitely puts her heart and energy into her work. She has got me on the books last minute even if it meant she had to stay late. She gave my daughter her first haircut! Clean salon and great hair dresser! I will never go anywhere else.

Alisa did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She is an incredible artist, bad @$$ boss babe, and wonderful professional! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this mess! She even accommodated my large bridal party by bringing an assistant with her. I am so grateful she was there for that special day. The best was her sage advice to "save that sh*+ for the shower" when I started to tear up from all my emotions. She was so amazing under the pressure of our timeline and kept everyone laughing and the mood light when I was on edge!! I couldn't have made it through the morning without her! So glad I had her make me look beautiful for the big day!!!

MUST come and see JACKY!!!!! I've been coming to her for years! Since she was at a previous location even. She knows my hair and always knows what's best for the look I'm going for. I can honestly say that I feel safe in Jackys hands because she's very communicative before during and after about what you want and how you're liking it. I always take the baby steps and cut it shorter a little at a time and thankfully Jacky is always happy to take things slowly for me. She's also super helpful at letting me know what products to use for maintenance and simple daily styling. All the ladies at the salon are so great and super fun. Feel free to open up and destress with a cool beverage. The ladies will show you a good time!

Jacky has been the only person to cut and color my hair for the last 10 years. She does a fantastic job and I always leave feeling amazing! I have a great time going in to get my hair done. All the ladies here are a lot of fun and the atmosphere is fantastic! My daughters love going to get their hair done and their latest hair cut was the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with their beautiful curls!!

I want to be honest about the three reasons I will not returning to your services: 1. About 4 months ago, after my hair coloring I found I had dye around my face where you have brushed the dye on my skin and neglected to remove it. It was above my eyebrows and below the eyebrows. After trying to remove the stains I couldn't and I tried to cover it up, but couldn't the stains were too deep and wide around the eyebrows. I texted you about it and your response was "use alcohol". At that point I thought about finding someone else because I hadn't had a hair dresser do this. I used do my own hair and I never did this. I discussed this with the nail person working on her own business. I felt something was going on with your life and decided to give you another opportunity and decided to continue with you. 2. The second incident happened on the next coloring, I had just left your business and happened to look in the mirror in my car. I was shocked to find I had dye all around my forehead face skin, above and below the eyebrows, ear and ear lobes. I texted you about having an important meeting to attend but could not go looking like this. It was obvious to anybody to see but you responded " use alcohol" and " I thought I had removed it." There was no apology or feelings of correcting the mistake. I am very nearsighted, I saw it. Why didn't you? It also seems that sometimes your mind is somewhere else and not on the colorings, haircuts and styling. 3. You have on your website online appointments that the customer can select, once that is done, the website requires you to pay twenty dollars. It doesn't have an explanation of the purpose of the $20 or the consequences if the customer doesn't comply based on your unwritten rules. The same applies to the other two people in business in the shop. We had a discussion about this and your response was that that you tell all your clients. The nail person said that it was typical and understood, without stating it in the website before you make the appointment. Part of the reasoning I was told was that is that if service providers are up front, they might have second thoughts about going to that nail person. Scam or deceitful, I know that all other businesses, such as doctors, banks credit cards, have such rules but it is plainly stated for the customer to know. It's not the money, it's the integrity in running a business. Be upfront with your customers. The above mentioned problems were not mistakes an experienced professional makes. As a customer paying good money and expecting professional services and not getting them, I refuse to return for those services. I am saddened by the lack of responsibility taken for what was done and lack of responsiveness to a customer's complaints because it is not professional. Lastly, I don't need the quality of services you provided. This is not personal Jacky and I hope you take it as feedback on your work.
