Very pleasant experience. Was greeted by two ladies (one which was very fashionable) who made my experience there quick,professional, and a breeze to say the least. In addition let's mention that they definitely don't have that creepy "get over " mentality that alot of people in that industry have and will actually offer you top value for your items. Definitely would recommend them to others .

My experience with Precious Elements was Excellent. Hannah kept in continual communication with me to let me know how the process was progressing. The prepaid label was sent immediately and the whole process took less than 10 days. Abe answered any addition questions about my jewelry with knowledge and professionalism mixed with kindness.

Stopped in to see about a repair on a ring. I also needed a battery installed in a watch. She did so at no charge. Very nice staff to deal with. They also offer custom design work if needed. So glad to have a jewelry store in the area.

Worst experience shopping for a wedding ring I have ever had . Whoever is running this place needs to be fired. This is not a AI comment . I have been a resident in Phx for 20 years . It’s sad that they say my comment is fake instead of owning up to the issue . Shows what kind of company this is .

I inherited some turquoise and silver jewelry and did not know much about it. It was jewelry I would not really wear and I didn’t know much about it. I am out of state from Precious Elements and my first contact with Abe online was easy and he was very nice to deal with. It was easy to send in my items for their review.After their review, Hannah helped me understand what I did and didn’t know about the jewelry and in the end I received a fair price for the items.

Never take your gold and silver anywhere else. In over 15 years, I've haven't found a place that gives more than 50% of what your precious metal is worth. UNTIL NOW.They gave me roughly 70%! The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes with over 4 lbs of sterling silver, WITH the place having 2-3 other customers being help.The tall gentleman was professional in a warm and friendly sense. The employees were full of genuine joy and kindness.

What a Phenomenal Pl., Hannah was amazing. She gave us a fair price on some scrap jewelry we had laying around. And that’s all you can ask for these days. Other places will try to get it for less than half. She gave a fair market value. And we ended up buying some jewelry because they have some beautiful jewelry to choose from. We are definitely coming back. We are so happy that we found this !!!

Not sure how jewelry cleaning works but I wanted mine looking brand new and I got it back looking better but looks rushed I still see oxidization and most scratches are removed but I can still see a lot more scratches/dents. :(

I stopped in to Precious Elements and was greeted warmly by Michele, store manager. The old gold that I had w/ me was quickly assessed as to what was real and what was not. The few pieces that I offered for assessment amounted to close to $500. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were very helpful, very personable and very professional. I trust their care of my possessions and I trust their assessment of an honest value.Precious Elements handles gold and coins and gem stones. They also can repair or resize jewelry that needs an update. I highly recommend their work. I will be back to work w/ them again.
