I purchased a new 2023 Porsche Macan GTS (special order) to get exactly what my wife wanted (everybody wants a red Porsche).SERVICE UPDATE...PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY A PORSCHE FROM CHANDLERI bought a special order 2023 Porsche Macan GTS...and I had to return it to dealership after only 2 weeks...The vehicle was in the Chandler Porsche Service shop for 3 weeks!!!!. They FAILED to correct the issue (terrible clicking in the rear suspension (safety issue?). The vehicle was "bad" when delivered to me. I purchased this vehicle for my wife's retirement...a "once in a lifetime gift" for her to "cherish" in the future. It unfortunately has not been that event. Her special order Porsche (that we waited over 3 months for) is defective. instead of "loving" her vehicle...she hates it, and I don't blame her...she only had it 2 weeks and then it went to the Porsche service department for 3 weeks.. and now has to go back again?I had to rent a vehicle to go on vacation because my brand new 2023 Porsche was in the repair shop...and Chandler Porsche WOULDN'T allow me to use their loaner.Porsche Corporate contacted me ONCE...then cricketsthis is NOT what I was told the "Porsche" experience would be..UPDATE....Porsche Chandler said they and Porsche Corporate "were trying to reach me"...I contacted/e-mailed Porsche Corporate (

I would never trust Porsche Chandler with any car ever again!I took my car in to be repaired. No communication! Awful customer service. When I did finally get my car back, I pulled into my garage, opened the passenger door (part to be repaired) and a part fell off my car. After back and forth for weeks the service manager tells me that the part was broken when I brought the car in. Complete lie. But let's entertain his theory, if it was broken when I brought the car in, why would you put a broken part back on when that was the very thing the car was in to have repaired?? Makes no sense. $1222 to repair a passenger window and I'm called a liar over a $30 part. Just an awful overall experience. Never ever ever again would I trust my car to Porsche of Chandler.

I was attempting to purchase a Porsche Sport Turismo from this dealership and their salesman by the name of Christopher Sommerfield was helping me or really working against me as he never followed up with me! Absolutely no customer service. I thought we we finalizing a deal in which he never called me back after he was taking the deal to his management only to find out days later that the car sold and not to me. I emailed the General Sales Manager Hayden Howe with my concern with absolutely no response from him either. With a Porsche brand one would think a level of customer service would be present but definitely not at this dealership.

Bought a new Macan last March.Had a lot of issues with the electronic, the app etc...Had to go back 3 times and they were unable to fix it.Last time I waited 3 hours 1/2 and still not fixed.Supposed to get a call back from them the following week.... Never got it.They don't care for their customers. A "big family of car lovers"? Really ? No wayDon't go there, they're unhelpful and they only care about your money.I traded my Macan for a Lexus this month and it's GREAT!And the electronic works amazing.

I recently bought a Taycan and went to Porsche Chandler to have the manual unraveled to figure out how to operate it. I was introduced to Yoshi to help me with this. What a blessing! He spent almost 2 hours explaining the operation, including registering everything with Porsche. I have never had a visit to a dealership service department that was as satisfying as this. Yoshi had an amazing knowledge (and patience) of the operation of the Taycan and I would refer anyone to him.

I have experienced the best service at this Porsche dealership from the service department! Scheduled an appointment, showed up at the scheduled date/time, and car was done same day. Only downfall was not being able to get a loaner vehicle. I wish they could have gotten me a loaner because I was stuck at the dealership the entire time of my car's service. Went across the street to the bagel place and got breakfast and looked around at the new cars. They had a decent snack/drink bar. I was also able to test drive a cayman and 911 on a separate occasion here. The sales team was one of the best I have dealt with when it comes to test driving a potential new car. I was going to order a build through this dealership, however they do not get the allocations, so the odds of getting my build through this dealership were slim to none, or 5+ years out. I'll definitely continue service here, however will not be ordering builds here, which is a bit disappointing since the service is so great!

I cannot recommend Porsche Chandler enough. As a repeat customer who has purchased 4 cars from them and traded in 2, I have experienced firsthand their outstanding customer service and dedication to providing a seamless car buying experience.Haydn Howe, in particular, has been incredible. He has helped me order some very rare cars. Haydn has always gone above and beyond and is always available to answer any questions I may have.Chris Pauken has also been a great help. He made the car-buying experience very easy.The dealership itself is very impressive, with a modern and clean design. The showroom is spacious and elegantly designed. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, creating an overall exceptional experience that is unmatched by any other dealership I have visited.They have exceeded my expectations in every way possible and I plan on continuing to purchase cars from them in the future.

Service department was great with my baby (car). Scott in service kept me informed and returned my phone calls quickly and kept me updated!! My car was returned cleaned and with gas as well.

I was impressed by the lack of knowledge, the lack of communication, and the lack of integrity I experienced at this stealership.It takes 7 to 10 days (read: 15) to get a $100 refund check.This experience was so enjoyable that I traded in my Porsche the next day at a nearby dealership.P.S. They damaged the paint on the hood and hoped I wouldn't notice.

These guys are supposed to know their Porsche Classics yet these clowns didn't know Jack about getting a wheel lock key for my '94 964. The "advisor" told me to go then them drilled and risk damaging my original Cup 1 wheels. Unacceptable!!! The gentleman at Porsche North Scottsdale knew exactly which wheel locks I had, came out to my car with a master set and matched up the key and $36 later I was able to remove my wheels. I'm so upset that this dealership has the Porsche Classic status yet they don't even know what a 1994 Targa is let alone what wheel lock key set works with these cars. This experience was exactly last year by the way, but I'mIn town again and recall this nightmare. Porsche Classic my ass!!

Outstanding customer service. I'm from Texas, I purchased a pre-owned Boxster from a private seller. Chandler provided me with a CPO inspection for a nominal price. Gave me sound advice, and insured I had everything I needed to take my acquisition home with no worries.

I purchased custom fitted all-weather rubber Porsche floor mats for my wife’s 2014 Porsche Cayenne. The floor mats were reasonably priced compared to other websites I searched for the same item. They were delivered fast and fit like a glove in my wife’s vehicle. We are very satisfied with the purchase. Thank you Porsche Chandler Parts Department.

I ordered floor mats for my 911. Simple, yes?I entered my vehicle type three times to be sure. When the mats finally arrived the did not fit. I called and the associate informed me that Chandler does not sell mats that fit my 911. This has been a very disappointing waste of time.

Ordered a wind deflector which they didn't stock and I received it within 3 days. Excellent communication through email at the time or order, receipt, and shipping! Will definitely order through them again.

I have now ordered several things from them and can't believe the prices. My local dealer won't sell to me for these prices. Even online companies who advertise that they are cheaper to get Porsche parts are more expensive. Glad i found this place. But sad to see i have to order part from the other side of the country to get a good price.
