Horrible bank. Customer service is lousy on the phone, as well as the bank. They charged me 7$ for a card I never received. Furthermore, I have an issue with their virtual wallet card, that keeps indicating insufficient funds. I had 1300 in my checking account? I was referred to their phone customer service, waited 34 minutes to have someone disconnect. Called back and after 46 minutes, I was told to wait so they could transfer me to another support department. Waited 56 minutes(the start time for the call is at 10:05 mountain time), and transferred again, with a we can't find a solution?Took my checking account to Chase, and savings to Desert Financial where I had other accounts.
