My son and I work out here in the early morning hours and the staff have always been so kind to us. My son usually speed walks in without even acknowledging the staff to be the first one on the treadmill, so the staff patiently wait as I enter to check us both in. I appreciate that so much! Thank you!

Newly remodeled. Very clean. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Very comfortable atmosphere for a gym. Perfect for a new gym user to get comfortable with working out.
