It was my first time today and I didn’t have the best experience. I got the basic pedicure with callous remover and gel polish. I chose a polish that said neon, and it was an orange color so I was expecting neon. It turned out pumpkin orange! I didn’t say anything at the time and I should have, but I was hoping it would grow on me. I hate the color! I called right after I got home to ask if they could change it and all she said was (after talking to the manager) that I would have to pay like $28 to change the color. Why would I pay again?! Also, the lady made my left toenail too short and hurt me by digging underneath it. She was halfway through the pedicure and forgot that I asked for callous remover. I know things happen but that is too many things. I don’t think I’ll be back or if so I’d see someone else maybe. I work in customer service and I don’t think that they handled the situation the best they could! All I wanted was a new color. I was willing to come back tomorrow.

i don’t know. i love how my nails look and they are exactly what i wanted, but i feel like i was over charged because i just got a single color with chrome fill in and i paid 60 bucks, not including the tip. i like the atmosphere and it was nice and comfortable, but some of the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. and not to mention, the polish job wasn’t the best, you can see how streaky it is.they didn’t use any knew, sterile equipment which seemed weird to me.i probably won’t go back, i’ve been to many better places that have been much cheaper.

going to Pink Polish for 5 years. The staff is great. I highly recommend Nail Tech, Lee. She has been doing both my manicure and pedicure flawlessly. She's extremely talented. She's able to create your nail design. I always get compliments on my nails.

I go here twice a year with my cousins LOL.
It's our holiday visit. Everybody laughs at me because carving out my toenails is not favorite ?.
I told them all about my recent trip to Vietnam ? My last pedicure was in Cambodia ?

Love it here, they are so friendly and do a great job. My gel polish always lasts longer than other places and they have a 10 day guarantee! My daughter goes there as well and they are so nice to her also! They are all great, but Lena, Lynn, and Gina are the ladies I see/my daughter sees most often.

I found my new spot! I recently had a very bad experience with a nail salon and was left with my nails chipping and one even broke and it was just not a good experience. But pink polish is very clean and professional the overall experience was perfect 10/10 Mike did a great job on my nails and took his time and did exactly what i asked. Will be returning!

This is a picture of my nails 2 days after getting them done. I did not get gel bc I was giving my nail beds a break so I asked if the polish would hold up for my 4 days vacation and was told yes and she even applied a glitter coat for more protection. I get that regular polish doesn’t last long but I didn’t anticipate it looking like this! I called from vacation and let them know and was told to come get them repolished when I returned. When I got there the man at the counter hassled me about it. Wanting me to pay more to change the color. I THINK NOT! I paid $82 for a mani pedi and told him I’m not paying a dime more! I advised the color may have been old and bad and needed to be thrown out. He wants to argue about the color. REALLY! So I just got clear. Then upon leaving the other gentlemen wants to make sure to tell me the polish would last only 2 days now. Could have said that the initial time. Don’t try to tell me this now since your tech told me a week initially. . SIR I GOT CLEAR! So hush up! Won’t be returning again. Too many salons in the Chandler area to be treated this way over bad polish that your salon used after I spent my hard earned $82 hmp! If you don’t encourage the regular polish do away with it. Gel this gel that NOOOO That’s not what I WANTED. THE END !!

Clean spot, they do a good job and prices are fair. Color selection is nice, they do rush the massages as every place has been since covid hit, feels like everyone is trying to just get you in and out now. I like how they divided the space here and the couches for manicures.
