My kid has been going to PCA ever since he was a baby. All of the teachers that he has genuine care for him and treat him like their own family. I am grateful for all the staff who work at PCA, would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This place is absolutely terrifying. I have worked in childcare before and have had my child enrolled here and other centers and I would never recommend this place to any parent or for anyone to work here. The classrooms are always over ratio and the director or assistant won’t step in when it’s over ratio. They had 13 babies to one teacher and the director and assistant just sat at their computers up front. They have a man changing these little kids diapers, I had just started and another teacher said “Yeah I know we aren’t supposed to have him (a man co worker) changing diapers but sometimes I just don’t want to so he’ll change it for me.Teachers scream at these 1 year olds all day long and there was never and curriculum done with the kids in any of the classrooms.A teacher would tell children she is going to fight them when they didn’t listen to her or when they did something “wrong”.In the one year old classroom there are not toys for them to play with so they’re just standing around all day- and even if they took them outside there is nothing outside on the “playground”.I would stay far far away from this place and if you have your child enrolled here I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Also the infant teacher definitely was on some kind of substance because she would leave for 30 minutes at a time to go to the bathroom with her purse.. BEWARE. State needs to make a visit.

This daycare is absolutely terrible. For six weeks straight, my son was in the toddler class, crying every single day. The teacher assigned to the kids lacked empathy and was extremely rude. There was no structured program or activities for them to learn anything. Whenever I visited, it seemed like each child was left to their own devices, playing with toys without any guidance from the teacher.STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

The staff at Phoenix Children's Academy have become family. They take great care of my little girl. Was it hard for me to drop her off the first time, yes absolutely. They send updates and pictures, this helped greatly. Now several months in my 1 year old looks forward to seeing her teachers and friends there. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

We experienced high teacher turnover in 2's class, my son stayed in the same class for five months, during which time two teachers resigned, then they changed the lead teacher twice in a short period of time, resulting in my son's extreme aversion to this school. In the end, after five months stay at this school, I was unable to drop my son off in the morning. He would cry, begging not to go into the class. While this was happening in their lobby and hallway, none of the teachers or admins came out to help calm him down, seemed like as long as tuition is paid, they don't care about you anymore. My son was happy when he first enrolled in this school, unfortunately things went downhill quickly.

Seems to be a great staff. My nephew always loves it there, and because of it sometimes doesn't want to leave!

My son attended PCA for about 16 months and I have to say that his teachers are amazing! They are communicative, personable and professional. My son is under 2yo and was always happy to go play with his friends and teachers everyday! He learned so much. I highly recommend this location and that you speak with either the director or assistant director, they will make you feel welcome. You will also notice that the whole team is very happy to be working with children!!!!Thank you PCA - hope to see you again soon

Our family could not be happier with the care and support that our toddler has received at PCA-Dobson! The teachers have been so kind and leadership has done a phenomenal job navigating COVID. They prioritized keeping the children safe while still creating a fun environment for our daughter to socialize and learn. Our little girl absolutely loves going to school! It's been a tough couple of years for daycares and families with young children. We are so happy that we found PCA and look forward to having our daughter learn with them for years to come!

10/10 i recommend this child care. Mrs. colleen's jokes every morning and the way she greats my daughter when we get there in the morning is the best thing and it makes me feel so comfortable dropping my baby off there. thank you phoenix childrens academy and specifically colleen for making this place great.

My granddaughter and grandson attend the school. It is a great facility with a helpful and wonderful staff. It has been a wonderful experience for our grandkids and I certainly recommend it. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure all of the children are taken care of and creating a positive experience. All of the teachers we met are wonderful and take excellent care of the children. I give it my highest recommendation!

When my maternity leave ended and I needed to go back to work, it is never an easy decision to send my daughter to daycare when she was just 3 months old. I am glad that we picked PCA. The teachers are professional and reliable. It is a big relief for me to know that she is in good hands. Also, PCA takes extra steps to respond to COVID-19. I really appreciate the dedication and focus PCA offers, especially in this pandemic period.

I loved loved loved this school. Due to my son having some health issues we had a nanny for the first year and half so when it came down to finally getting him to socialize it was hard to let go. I was so nervous about previous experiences with other day cares...my kid always being sick, coming home looking like she was playing in dirt all day , boogers all over their faces. The daycares just smelling like pure diapers. I was in panic mode. However, we found The Phoenix Children's Academy in Chandler and not 1 time did I ever pick up my son in any of those scenarios. Not just that, he started to learn to sign (which was amazing) and talk more and just the way he grew socially. This is literally one of the best day cares you will find in the easy valley.

I am so grateful I found a place with such amazing and loving staff. Their COVID protocols are the most efficient I have ever experienced. My son is in the infant room and his teachers are absolutely wonderful! They communicate everything with me not only through the app but in person as well. It puts my mind at ease knowing my baby is being well taken care of, especially being a first time mom. Not only have his teachers been helpful but so have the director (Angel) and assistant director (Colleen), any questions or concerns I've had have been answered and they are amazing at communicating with the parents about what is going on within the center. Everyone I've met here has gone above and beyond during this time and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for childcare of any age.

This school is simply amazing! They have gone above and beyond for all my children. They stepped up with COVID and had incredible protocols in place that has proven to be effective! They helped my school age son with remote learning and I am so grateful for the patience of Ms. Kat to work with him to help him achieve what he needed to each day. Ms. Nidia and Ms. Liz are two of the sweetest teachers I have simply ever met and my twin boys thrived in their care! Ms. Angel and Ms. Colleen really go out of their way every single day to ensure that children and parents are cared for. The school has so many events to include families and make us feel apart of the PCA family. We have loved the farmers market, breakfast to go, pancakes with Santa, Snow Day etc. We have tried many daycares in Oregon and Arizona and simply hands down this was my top pick!Thank You PCA for always making us feel apart of your family!!
