I've been a client of Paramount Tax for many years. Each year I have received excellent service. My tax consultant, Roy, is very knowledgeable about the new changes and advises me appropriately. I am always pleased with the caliber of service I receive at Paramount Tax. Also, it is easy to get an appointment when it is convenient for me. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Beware of Negligent Accountant: ROY and Staff- THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT FILE OUR TAXES!!My experience with this accountant was utterly unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they failed to file my taxes on time, putting me at risk for potential legal and financial consequences.To make matters worse, the accountant, Roy, was always on vacation or out of the office, showing a complete disregard for their clients' needs and responsibilities.Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable and I would advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. It is imperative to have an accountant that takes their job seriously and prioritizes their clients' needs. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this accountant.I would strongly advise against using their services and suggest finding an accountant who is reliable, responsible, and truly cares about their clients' financial well-being.

I met with Roy in early March gave him my info to do my personal taxes and nothing crazy with my taxes but I can’t get a return call after several attempts on my end and tax day has come and gone with no tax return

Paramount Tax and Accounting is very quick and efficient, I was impressed with Roy and his ability to help me maximize my return. I plan to use his services as my CPA for my business. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Leanne is very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely irresponsible. Immoral business practices that Roy should be sued for. He had associate do taxes in March, not file them ever... then associate left company and he just left the paid customer abandoned. I've attempted to contact him every month since then. I went to his listed office in Las Vegas to resolve and discuss why this cant just get filed and everyone move on. Essentially i wanted to reach him person since months of outreach had fallen on deaf ears. THE OFFICE DOES NOT EXIST. Still not filed now penalties are piling up and interest and he could care less to deal with this situation. You HAVE BEEN WARNED. he is on vacation with your money while he is on vacation not calling you back. This has been attempted to be resolved for 8 months and no attempt to resolve. Charitably he lost an associate at his company and simply doesn't care about the customers that paid him to care for the fiduciary responsibility to file their taxes on their behalf. At worst, he is a careless conartist.

Very disappointed! Today is the deadline to file. And I have yet to receive my taxes which we completed via zoom on 3/16 and was supposed to receive just a couple days later. Have been calling, emailing and actually spoke to an associate two weeks ago. She said I would here back. But it’s now Monday 4/18 and still nothing! This is not how you do business.

I have been working with Roy for 2 years and I have always enjoyed working with him. He is professional and responsive to questions. He always did his work in timely manner and has a great personality.

I received a notice that our return had been filed late. After doing some research and falling upon the Arizona Board of Accountancy’s website I read that Roy is not even licensed..he has actually had his license revoked 6 times but still claims to be a so called “CPA”. False advertising, not professional. Would not recommend.

I am glad to see that Roy seems to have bounced back this year looking at the reviews. I found him to be totally radio silent, kept making the same clerical errors, and was in general unprofessional. The other branch intervened and were very nice, but I had a horrible experience with Roy.
