The installation was quick. But the only bad thing is my internet speed is really slow. But they're only an installation company for VIASAT.This is Viasat internet.

Stay away from this shady company. Absolutely no integrity. Spoke with Shawn to get fast internet service and received nothing close to it. I can make a sandwich faster than a showing loading. I can't even browse the internet. Now I call paramount and no one wants to answer. I text Shawn and now he tells me that I need to upgrade to the Silver plan. Not I have to go through the inconvenience of cancelling Viasat.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Shawn and the entire Paramount Communications team.We switched from Hughes net and we should have done it two years ago when we signed up with them using it and went with Paramount Communications You talk about everything from professional courtesy to customer service and they are A+ in our books! so to the Paramount Communications team and to Shawn thank you very much we really appreciate all your hard work and diligence in getting us Internet that we can actually use to be able to run our business more successfully and entertain yes with an Internet connection that’s not constantly going out.

The people that work here are so amazing! They do the quickest installation and have fantastic prices for their internet, Tv cable and home security. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family :)

Amazing!!!! I’m totally a dinosaur when it comes to tech and Netflix. Shawn was so unbelievably helpful. I tried several other internet companies....no one ever helped me connect Netflix. Shawn stayed and helped me create an account, add to my roku and even showed me and downloaded Netflix to my phone for me. Way above and beyond. 6 stars for these guys!!!!

They use Viasat which is horrible. Customer service is a joke, I get nothing but the run around. Absolutely the worst internet service I’ve ever had. WiFi is gone by the 15th day no matter which plan I’m on or how much data I use. It’s horrible

Got a pretty flyer in the mail today offering the best internet. So I called them. Willing to pay a fair market price for good service, I tried to find out rates, speeds, terms, etc. They want $100 a month for the basic, no frills plan. When I started asking particulars, the guy turned into a real j**** What a way to reel in a new customer. And when he told me there would be a 4, yes FOUR year contract, the wheels fell off the conversation and he got even more unprofessional and rude. Where do they find these yahoos? Read the reviews before you even consider calling these jokers. According to reviews, they have apparently ripped off a bunch of customers.

The owner Shaw came to our house we live on disability and Social Security stretch so far that it'll make you cry all the time explained everything to him lots of promises compared to Centurylink he was supposed to be so so much better that was a big lie Centurylink sucks big-time but you guys suck more and to have an owner of the company sit there and lie to elderly people on the extremely impossible budget tells you he only cared about getting a client not about telling the truth then to find out we are sucked in it for two years (Not told that) and everything they even do for you cost money big fat cheaters. I hate them.
