Unfortunately, I would never recommend this company. Our company was having an issue with Page-Per-Page technology and when asked for a quick phone call the response was we are too busy to call anyone. We had to ask several times to get someone on the phone and when they finally called, they finally acknowledged something was not right and told us to work around it for their was no quick fix to their system.\\n\\nWhen asked for a manager to get on the phone, the CEO wrote back and stated that working with each was 'not a good fit', and that they don't have time to work with our company, then had the audacity to state that \\\" we will not deal with people who are not capable of treating others with respect,\\\" after two weeks of going back in forth with a no customer support.\\n\\nWe only were using this company because it came highly recommended by another vendor. But this experience was a waste of time, services we paid for (which will be refunded, so good news there) were never completed and also done unprofessionally and treated my team with lack of respect. Moving forward, we let the vendor know to not recommend this company as well for the absolute lack of customer service.\\n\\nNeedless to say, this was a horrible experience, Phil the CEO has no pride in his company's work and if you don't see eye to eye with him, he will cast you out without hesitation.\\n\\nIf you have another option that this company, TAKE IT!

The owner of the company, Phil Hoffman, wrote a untruthful post on my company's Google page. I was a former customer of Page-Per-Page who was double billed for printing and mailing services for the better part of a year. I have the invoices and receipt of payments for each and every invoice in question. My clients, who utilized their services refused to authorize additional payments for services they promptly had paid for.

As a temporary employee who only just started, I can say the owner and employees are a group of dedicated individuals who strive to provide only the best customer experience.
