I took my wife's Porsche Mccann. SUV. to your location to get new wiper blades. I had called before I went down there and talked to Paul. He said, yes, they do have the blades that I need for that particular car.
When I got there, Paul came out to help me try to put them on the car. And we're really having a problem. So he called Chris the other tech at the store. And between the two of them, they figured out that we needed a different blade than we originally had been told.
Paul and Chris went the extra mile and. I drove away with new wiper blades that worked perfectly.
Needless to say this. branch of your organization will be my store of choice for auto needs from now on..

It thas the usual selection of automotive supplies you would expect from an auto parts store.The one thing I found to be different is in the windshield wiper aisle. Usually, you will find a cross-reference book or two to find which wipers fit your car.For my 2015 car, the model list stopped in 2010... So, I used the QR code to find the wiper blades, but none of the cheaper blades were in the aisle. I had to go to the parts counter to get the cheaper ones they stock in the back.They ended up giving me the wrong blades, so I had to go back for the right ones.Now I know why so many people change out their blades in the parking lot. Lol

Big shout out to Joey at O'Reilly! I had to jumpstart my car twice today. I wasn't sure if it was the battery, starter or the alternator. Joey quickly tested the alternator and battery while I was on my lunch break. He figured out that it was the battery. He gave me an estimate of 15-20 minutes, but who knew he was a pit stop mechanic. I was in and out in 5 minutes of him telling me it would take 15 to 20. Thank you Joey! I appreciate you getting me back to work on time!

I had my car at Firestone , across the street from O Reilly, to be fixed and they told me my battery was dead . I called O reilly and their were nice enough to bring a new battery and exchange it. It wasn’t that old to begin with.Thank you so much for so kind thoughtful.Elaine

My battery was completely drained of all life and call O'Reilly at Arizona Ave and Ocotillo. Explained my situation with Joey and he said he would come by the house in 15 minutes to give me a jump. Was on time and went to the store and they installed the new battery. Service was par excellence. The best I've had in years. Joey was top notch.
