“My Chevy Volt high voltage battery failed due to a rare battery cooling system leak. The Chevy dealer clearly didn’t want to deal with it and threw out a ballpark cost of $12k-$14k. I guessed it would ultimately be more than that which is about what a replacement Volt would cost. Nate found a rebuilt unit in Kansas City. With shipping and installation it was less than $8,000, including a 2 year warranty. Nate is just a solid guy, and his work is clean and inspires confidence.”
“While on a cross-country trip, I purchased a set of tires from an affiliated shop in New Mexico. Much to my dismay, I discovered that the tires were defective and in poor condition. After only 450 miles, the entire set needed to be replaced. John, the manager of Tire Pros of Chandler, went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and coordinated with the warranty department on my behalf. Tire Pros made it right and took excellent care of me as a customer.”
“I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is super friendly. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or steered towards an unnecessary service. I've had plenty of experiences with other garages that have made me a bit gun shy when it comes to car repairs, but these guys have my business for as long as I live in Phoenix. They are worth driving across town for if need be.”

“In the last 2 weeks I have I 2 separate vehicles into see the team and Danny’s Transmission and Total Car Repair, first vehicle barely made it into the driveway at the shop as the alternator failed. Danny’s team had my sons Explorer Sport Trac up and going within 24 hrs. Within 24 hrs later the Radiator on my Hummer H2 was overheating Danny’s team once again, instead of like most places telling me I had to pu out of pocket for something he called and said brother it’s just under the warranty timeframe from when we fixed it last summer every thing is fee! The honesty and integrity these guys do business has my referral and business for life!

“These guys here are on top of the things, I pull in, and I get greeted right away. They invited me to the waiting room, asked me a couple of questions regarding the vehicle, and they listen every time. It's a very pleasant system they have going on. It's a very dialed in system. Not only that, however, it's effective. I stop here at this location because it's on the way home.”

“Techs were slow and horsing around instead of taking care of the customers that were already in the bays. I had basically one car ahead of me and I was there over an hour and they didn't complete tasks that are supposed to be done as part of jiffy lube scope of service, and the people behind me were there way longer. This happened a month ago in April.
I changed my one star last service to a five star this service, this time the personal were professional and personable. I use Jiffy lube for all my company vehicles, I won't punish the company for the employees bad actions as long as they are corrected.”
“I normally go to the Walmart Autocenter off Arizona Ave & the 202, purely for convenience since it’s closer to my house (my experiences there have been subpar but I go because it’s cost-effective). This location had open appointment sooner so I went there and I’m SO glad I did! I got in right at my scheduled time, the service was quick and literally everyone I interacted with was friendly. I will start driving a little further to this location in the future!”

“It was so refershing to go to a place that didn't try to take advantage of me. I had gone to two other tires shops. One said mny tires were fine even though I told them one kept going flat and every week I need to put air in. Next place told me I needed 4 new tires for $1,000. I remembered I used to go to WM a long time ago in another city and thought I'd try that this time. I can't say thank you enough to Obi and Hector. Turns out all that was needed was a valve stem on one tire. So $18 later, I'm a happy camper. I'll save my money for vacay :)”

Since this review las review my daughter's VW needed a repair for overheating. Paul was very upfront about the cars cooling system. Talked me through what the techs findings. We decided on the a coolant flush over more expensive solutionions. Which may be a temporary fix. But saved me 1000' s for now. They have my trust in having my best interest at hand. The car is back on the road and I am always grateful for the quick response and repair.
