I have been a paient of Dr Novakovic's Family Practice for over 20 years and feel that I have had excellent care from his office. Never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. The office has been very helpful to me especially when he sent me to a cardiologist where they found that I needed a stint put into my cardio system. That turned into a cardiac arrest while I was on the operating table. A day later I had a quadruple bypass. I believe that the Dr Novacovic possibly saved my life when he saw the symptoms of a potential cardiac arrest and sent me to see a cardiologist. Thanks Doc.

They said they accepted my insurance over the phone. Made an appointment, waited two weeks. When I got there they said that they don’t accept my insurance. Who doesn’t accept blue cross blue shield?

I wish I can convince dr Novakovic to move to North Carolina! He’s amazing, being his patient for 20 years and now, after moving to NC, I’m having an anxiety that I need to find a new one!He takes time to hear you out, not just rushing to the next patient. Very detailed, great intuition and knowledge. Too bad there are not more doctors like him - real gem!The other medical staff is very good, too, but I have always tried to schedule my appointments with him first.My hope is that if I can’t make him to move to the coast, at least I can get him to come fishing this way! ?Thank you for being such an awesome person, doctor Novakovic!!!

I will say I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but I can't ignore the poor patient service and billing process at this family practice. I have United Healthcare and all I needed was a simple physical, EKG, and, blood draw for lab work prior to a scheduled surgery. I arrive 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and I checked in with the counter multiple times when it reached an hour past my scheduled appointment time. They said they had three doctors on but only two rooms, which is the normal standard for this office twice a week. When I reached 75 minutes past my appointment time and now in danger of missing another appointment at a different office that afternoon I had to reschedule. I witnessed two other patients reschedule their appointments as well because they had waited so long and not been seen by a doctor. I rearranged my life to come in two days later and I was then informed that this was just my new patient visit and I would need to also schedule the appointment that I actually needed which was a physical EKG and lab draw! Which I also returned for. So three visits to accomplish one need. There were instructions to send my lab work to the surgeon. When I realized three weeks later that the surgeon had not received lab work, I made a phone call and they said I had to come in for yet. Another office visit to go over my lab work! Now that I've received the bill for all visits I realize this is a money grab tactic to get patients in the office as much as they can for unnecessary reasons. Very poor service and ethics. Now that we have finally accomplished what I needed in the nick of time for surgery ( my initial visit was 7 weeks from surgery) I will never see a doctor in this office again, and I could have been a lifelong patient. My recommendation is choose any other doctors office in the Chandler area.

Went in for a bio screening which I told them over this phone spent 45 minutes in waiting room then told me I could not get it ,that I needed a pre-exam before I could get my bio screening and would have to come back .waste of my time and then they kept my copay for up to 10 days before they could refund it

Dr. Novakovic is extremely knowledgable, professional, and friendly. Great doctor and very pleasant experience.I travel 45 minutes to see him but it is well worth it.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I went in to have some paperwork completed which they said they would complete. They told me to send them an email with the form. They later responded, by email, telling me I needed to set up another appointment for the paperwork to be completed. My father went in and they told him they only have 15 minutes to talk to him about whatever is wrong. They put him on diabetes medication then a year later asked who put him on that medication that he didn't need. I honestly don't know what's going on with this place and want to inform people so that they are more aware of what this practice is like.

For your own health and well being, avoid this place at all cost. Especially AVOID Julia Turchaninov. She was so disrespectful to my parents who are elderly. They have been going for years and the service and respect has hit an all time low. Not only do they not keep track of their patient's health, for instance my dad was diagnosed BY HER as diabetic and they couldn't find his lab results, also on top of that she didn't remember she diagnosed him and told him he was fine and that he didn't have diabetes. Additionally, my parents needed paperwork filled out for his job and she was well aware that they needed this filled out and at two visits she REFUSED to fill it out and made them make several appointments. This paperwork was only 1 page long. On top of that, when they went to their follow up to fill-out the paperwork she argued with my mom and saying she doesn't have time for that. So my mom started putting the paperwork away to come back another time and Julia ripped the paperwork out of her hands so aggressively and disrespectfully. She has no regard for her patients. She OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T CARE. For your own health and well being, AVOID JULIA TURCHANINOV.

Best doctors in town. MAKE SURE to ask about PIT if you are having pain anywhere/migraines. It changed MY LIFE. Thank you NFP!!
