Best place to buy tennis shoes, I am on my second pair. As they last and wear well. Best quality and best support as I walk for 2 hrs every day and they give the best support. I would never buy tennis shoes any other place. They wear well and last forever. Love them.

Stopped in to buy some shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis. I was helped by Bill, who had an extensive knowledge of all the shoes that would work for my condition and even pointed out which ones would not work. I tried on several models and Bill was able to find the perfect size for me and even put in my orthopedic inserts in each shoe. It took me awhile to finally decide which shoe to get and Bill was attentive and patient the whole time. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back and this will be my store for New Balance shoes. Thanks!

Came in for my wife’s new shoes after a complete foot reconstruction. We were tended to by Bill from TX. He was kind, patient and very helpful. Most importantly, he was very mindful of her injured foot and a great conversationalist. Thank you!

Went to Chandler New Balance just to look at the shoes and ended up walking out with 2 pairs. I worked with Bill and he is awesome. He has so much knowledge and exceptional customer service. I know I will be coming back and bringing my dad with me to get some shoes from Bill.
