What an amazing experience. Kirsten was 10/10 a dream to work with. My husband and I wanted to upgrade my ring. Since we saw so many great reviews, we had to come and check the store out! And I am so glad we did! Clean store, and a huge selection! I wanted an oval ring and was beyond pleased with what I went with. I can’t rave enough about this place. Talk about a no pressure, flexible and comfortable experience. I remember going to Zales and having such a horrible time- mainly because they would have zero personality and didn’t care about your needs. But Kirsten gave us the 5-star experience. She exceeded personality, and was so patient with me. I felt so bad-I had her running the store showing me different diamond sizes. But she was seriously wonderful and took away any anxiety about purchasing a ring. Very professional and was so sweet. Highly recommend you check this store out young couples- this store is perfect. Can’t wait to pick up my ring in a few weeks ?

Do not buy from this company, I paid for an engagement ring on 1-8-2023 and right before Valentine's the owner cancel my order, saying it was done, and I find out it was never started, buyers beware stay away they are not to be trusted.If I can give zero stars I wish!!

Sooooo happy I found this place!!I was on a mission to find a certain look. I found something close but made a few customizations.The quality is amazing! The Moissonite sparkles so much. I’m SO HAPPY with how my ring turned out!!Cannot recommend them enough!

Stopped in because I needed to find out my ring size and had no idea where to start. The associate ( I believe her name was Becca) was so incredibly kind and helped me find it quickly. She even offered to show me around so I could learn a bit more about what styles I liked. I had worried that if I went into one of the mainstream chain jewelry stores they might be impatient given that I wasn’t immediately ready to buy so Becca’s willingness to help was a huge relief. Can’t recommend Moissy’s enough for initial customer service and beautiful rings!

My future husband and I absolutely ADORE this company. Dawn is the best, most helpful ring consultant and made the process of choosing my ring so easy and fun! She was so patient with me asking 100 questions and changing my mind multiple times before creating my dream ring! We’ve been working with her since the store was in Chandler and just ordered from her at the San Tan location. We cannot say enough great things about her and we cannot wait to see her and thank her again! 10/10 customer service and we will be recommending Moissy Fine Jewelry and Dawn specifically to everyone we can! ?

I would first like to acknowledge the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and caring specifically Dawn that works at the Santan location. I've been wanting a moissanite ring for a while but was struggling with the fact that most companies only operate online and don't have a storefront when I saw Moissy I was so excited my boyfriend bought a ring that day! Dawn explained the entire process in great detail and the differences between a diamond and a moissanite ring which was important for me to understand. I also really like that the centerstone is under warranty for its entire life which makes me feel confident in my ring.For my rings ( I added pics) I had a custom order I got the Cassandra engagement ring in 18k yellow gold but got a radient centerstone (1.7 ct) instead of the emerald centerstone thats on it in the store! I love the Cassandra setting because of the hidden halo and its the lowest setting so Im not worried about hitting it on things. For the wedding band I got that custom as well. Its a yellow gold 18k band with 3/4 moissanite around the band instead of 1/2 as it is in the store. I love this band because it sits pretty flush up to the engagement ring without it being soldered together that way if I want I could wear them separately.The quality of my rings and customer experience is outstanding! My rings look better than my friends who have diamond rings and that is insane to me especially because these rings were very cost effective! Rebeca and Dawn helped me with my order and they are both so amazing!! They made me feel confident with my choices throughout the entire process and if I had any questions they were both so knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail!One of the last things I would like to acknowledge is that you are not pressured when you enter the store! My boyfriend didn't buy the ring that day because of any pressure, it was because how confident we were in the process and how much we love what we created with our custom rings! Although I was there during the process of creating my ring because that's what my boyfriend and I agreed on, you could go in there individually and pick out your ring and customize it and they will give you a card with everything on it that you can give to your significant other to go purchase it which makes the ring process super fun and easy for your significant other.I'm so in love with my rings and so happy with my experience that I will be recommending Moissy to everybody I know!!

I’m very pleased with the experience I had with Colleen. I found this company on TikTok as I searched for moissanites since I never seen any in person. I cannot believe how beautiful and brighter they are compare to a diamond. Although I’m single still, she helped me all the way through as if I’m not. I My dream ring is the Emily. So hopefully soon I’ll be back for my ring. Thank you Colleen for your knowledge and expertise.
