I had the worst and unprofessional service from the "bank manager", Casey Heaton. I wanted to open a non personal account. He argued with me on the legal setup. I never had problem with the setup ever and I bank with national banks. Casey said he knows what he is talking about because he has DECADES of banking experience. Finally, I called my CPA/Attorney who had to explain to him on the setup. He then was embarrassed by his behavior (yet eyes welled up and charged with emotions) and told me to leave his office and threatened to call security. REALLY? I went to another Mid First Branch and opened what I needed without Casey's ego and drama. I think the staffing shortage at this bank is caused by Casey's emotional instability and not by his upper management. Other Mid First branches don't seem to be as chaotic with staffing turnover.

We deposited over $500 in the atm it errored out after the deposit. Do not go here!! I cannot believe it, they said they would balance the account and let us know in two days...

Ruben from the 48th street and Chandler location is amazing , I’m not thrilled with MidFirst bank to say the least but Ruben’s efficient , prompt and courteous customer service saves MidFirst face. Thank you Ruben!!

Casey and Brandy are amazing! The staff is so short staffed.Higher ups need to step up fast. Why in the world are you all open until 7pm???? Take care of your employees and your community. What a disgrace! Especially in this world.

My mortgage is through MidFirst bank so I'm stuck with them but I'd advise anybody looking to do banking to look somewhere else. First and foremost, they have made paying my mortgage every month very difficult. Personally, I'd like to auto-pay my mortgage and they haven't been able to set it up correctly. In addition, I feel like their website and app are out dated and clunky. It's very difficult to navigate. In terms of customer service, everyone is friendly but they aren't very helpful and they keep sending me off to different departments.

Derek Johnson at Tempe branch Elliot and Rural location is thee most unprofessional Bank Manager I have have dealt with. I was a client since 2016 and went in to deposit a check in the amount of $3000.00 and asked for $300.00 cash back was denied and when I asked why considering I have direct deposit which was going into my account the following day he denied me. Because I'd make a remark under my breath that he did not seem sorry as he he expressed in a condescending manner he then yelled at me I'll close your account right now YOU WANT ME TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT HE YELLED AT ME 2 times as I was exiting the bank because I'd received a phone call from my daughter I had to take the call. After my call I walked back in to ask his name to call customer service to complain about him. HE PROCEEDED TO YELL AT ME AGAIN. Well he closed my account cutting off my access to my account and debt card and no one has called me I had to go to another branch to find out what was going on. When I confronted him as to why he closed my account he stated he dint like my behavior. Well let's see what the cameras in the branch show of his behavior. I've put a phone call into his boss still waiting a return call.

Excellent people. However, the bill payment system contractor is completely unacceptable. A bill was authorized for payment on 10/8. The check was issued on 10/11. It had not been delivered by 10/21. This is ridiculous. Their bill payer was completely disinterested and unresponsive. I will be changing banks due to this absurd handling of an excellent vendors bill.
