My husband and I love Michael's Creative! We got all of our wedding and engagement bands created here and they did a fantastic job. I come get my ring cleaned at this location often and the customer service is always top notch. They're fast and efficient, and always check to make sure all of my diamonds are tight in place. I also got a watch battery replaced here on a wooden watch that a local competitor wasn't able to replace. I'm grateful to have this business and this location within easy reach of my home.

Decades ago, I found a beautiful malachite and sterling earring that I thought might make a nice pendant. I bent the post to make a loop, but it did not hang quite right, so I decided I needed a jeweler to work on it. I looked online and found Michael's Creative Jewelry. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed like an old friend by Dori. She took a look at what I had done and tried a few different connectors to see if it would hang right, but it just would not, so she contacted the guys who do the work, told her what I wanted, and they told her yes, it could be done. Less than a week later, I went back and the pendant was perfect! Not only was it perfect, but it was sparkling, along with the chain I left to wear with it. The cost was so reasonable, and the work thoughtful and of high quality. Additionally, Dori taught me how to clean and polish my jewelry properly. Dori's professionalism, warmth, and creativity sold me on Michael's Creative Jewelry. Go see Dori. You won't want to shop or trust your jewelry to anywhere else either!

I had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience with Dori Angelo at this establishment . Dori is a fantastic designer and is very creative along with suggestions and great ideas on jewelry designs . Dori is fun to work with and the ring she designed for me came out stunning and Gorgeous. I followed her lead and gave her full reign on my design and I am so pleased . Between several purchases from simple items to elegant large purchases; the staff has never failed to be anything but stellar. Primarily I've worked with Sharon and Beth to lesser amount lately. Their expertise and patience has allowed me to window shop as needed to decide without pressure and have worked within my budgets. I continue to go back because of this level of expertise and service before and after purchases.

Thank you to the staff at Michael's Creative Jewelry for helping me to create a new piece from my parents' wedding bands. They showed me examples using existing jewery and order some example gems for me to choose between. My ring is timeless and beautiful, I wear it every day.

I have now been to Michael's Creative Jewelry several times in the last couple of weeks. They have now become my go to jewelry store. Before I went to Shane & Co. I felt they were very overpriced and a bit cold. Michael's has now fixed and cleaned my wedding band. Then after one of our dogs jumped up and broke my wife's necklace they are repairing the broken clasp. Their selection of jewelry is so beautiful. After talking to Dori I let them take my wife's engagement and wedding band to redesign. I feel very comfortable letting the do the work and consult me in updating these rings. Made your own opinion but I think you will be very happy with their work, selection, and top notch customer

My pendant came off of the necklace. I was looking around on fixing my jewelry. I wasn't sure which jewelry store to go. I came across with Michael's creative jewelry. I really need it so bad to fix the pendant chain before NYE 2023. It was promised on later NYE. I was a bit sad. I got a called from them that it was fixed. It made me happy and amazed. They exceeded my expectations to wear it for NYE. I would recommend this Jewelry Store. They are very nice. I would come back again if i need any jewelry repair. Thanks!

You will not find a more talented, professional, kind, and friendly staff than here! My husband recently upgraded my wedding rings and to say I was blown away is the biggest understatement ever!! My ring is sooooo beautiful and custom designed!! They sat down with my husband and built the perfect ring from his thoughts and their incredible talent!! Beth was amazing from the second we walked in until the special moment when I got to see the beautiful master piece the created !!
