Terrible service, I went to buy a new cell phone and they changed my account without my consent, the guy says he is not responsible, he is an Arab, I think. My bill went up more than double what I was previously paying. TERRIBLE and customer service does not help at all. I have been with this company for years but I will change if they don't fix this.

Do not come to this store bad customer service,I went in there to ask a question about my phone ,this person said my phone needed to be repaired, without even checking to see what the problem was, also this place is dirty and unkept.

Very bad customer service from the 2 guys working there they don’t want to help you they just try selling you a cell phone for more than $400 dollars I told him he was crazy that the other location was free with a new line and it was only for my 10 year old it was a cheap cell phone I’m sure they use people who really believe them and pay so much for a cheap cell and they must pocket the money some1 needs to lead this location and services being done here

Terrible service they want you to buy strengths with very high prices nothing recommended that same day they opened my account to sell me a phone it was very expensive I told them no and that same day they canceled a line without authorization I called metro pcs and they still haven't restored my line but they continue to charge poor service in that store and customer service

Very badly!
I have gone several times to pay my line of service
And the workers are there
They want to sell you a phone or tablet
And they insist when I don't go because I want to buy a phone because I already have one
And the problem is that you tell them not only do I want to pay for my line and they insist and insist and that bothers!
