I love that it’s easy to speak to a (helpful) human any time I call during business hours. Minus one star only bc saving money by purchasing multiple months of a script on file wasn’t offered to me as an option until after I’d paid for and picked up a month’s worth. Not a big deal, but I’ll make sure to take advantage of the discount by purchasing 2 month’s worth at a time next visit. Great customer service otherwise. Thank you!

Nate and his team helped to save my Son's life! I needed a couple of rounds of medicine, stat. I'd never used their services before. Everyone I've had the pleasure of talking with are great. I get valley fever medicine here for my pup (it's almost gone now to, thankfully). You can get your pups meds in flavored treats too.Oh yeah, they do meds for humans too.

Friendly, helpful, responsive and professional staff that operate like they genuinely care about the wellbeing of their clients' pets. We refill our cat's prescription medication each month from this pet pharmacy and have been very pleased with the experience. My wife and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Our cat was recently diagnosed with IBD, and he needs to take a liquid steroid. My vet called it in, and Medmetrics was in contact with me right away. They wanted to know what flavoring I wanted. I tried tuna for him. They texted when it was ready. Clean, well laid out environment. Nicely decorated, and they have coffee for patrons. Fluff is now trying the vanilla flavored. I like that they are trying to make this a better experience for our fur babies who do not want to take liquid meds. Great place!

Fast service and cheaper than other compound pharmacies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to bring my cat in after just leaving the vet, so I didn't have to leave my car running. They even took a picture of him to post on their social media. I'm switching to them permanently!
