Had a great time at the Marc Jacobs store! The staff were super helpful and really nice. They helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole shopping experience fun. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I went in and the young lady was not only rude, she was lazy. Younpay the money for a bag and she didn't even have the courtesy to remove it from the shipping wrap. Tacky and rude.

I came in here with my friend. We got kicked out and he called the manager and then I spoke to the manager and she informed me thatI’m “ delusional, and I have no man”It was unprovoked and uncalled for.

Walked into this store asked clerk how she was "she said I'm tired" Like ok. I asked about the tote bag she rudely says we don't have it only in Scottsdale. Then I asked to purchase a gift card she again rudely told me ugh we don't sell gift cards like I was low life or something for asking. Guess they don't want my money. I don't mind they don't have cards but come on get someone working there that has a personality and some customer service skills.

I've loved Marc Jacobs' quality for years. I stopped in to see if they had anything in stock to coordinate with a handbag and wallet I already own. While they didn't, it was fun to see the array of handbag shapes, sizes and colors. They also carry accessories and a nice selection of fragrances. The Sales Associate who assisted me was friendly and very helpful! I look forward to visiting again soon.

The service at the store was phenomenal. I went in on Thursday and the Staff told me they would hold my bags and come back on Friday because I would get a better deal. I end up getting to camera bags and I love them. The sales are final but Mark Jacobs quality is always top notch this will be my go to store. I can’t believe I’ve been buying them at Nordstrom At full price and I didn’t know This outlet was here

Loved, the service,, daughter bought 3 camera bags with guitar straps, each different colors.But it was the service, that sealed the deal. We were welcomed, with a smile and treated kindly with respect, we weren't dressed to impress, doesn't mean we don't have it, just means we had to dashBefore kids got out. :)ThanksMarc Jacobs staff.

Just learned that my mother was followed around the store at this location tonight 12/1 around 7:00pm. Looking at a picture of the store online the store it self is very open for viewing at all angles of the store. She was the only patron in the store and both employees a male ( I believe) and a black woman proceeded to ask her if she needed help multiple times and both followed her around. My mother is a hardworking mature adult who DOES NOT STRAL and doesn’t deserve this type of treatment. Shame on the both of you.
