I visited this store to get some eye cream and face moisturizer and Clover was so wonderful at helping me out. I got exactly what I needed and a few items I didn’t even know I wanted until they introduced me to them.

I fricking loved coming here. My friend got to try a bath bomb… it was lovely. They helped me pick out a gift for my mom… it was lovely. And we just had a blast. Make sure to come to this lush. It’s lovely.

Love their products but this location was definitely lacking in their customer service. I dont know if it was just a fluke but they wouldn't acknowledge me, say hello or help me find something. And kept pushing another customer into me while showing them something even when I moved to a completely different area to wait for them to be done they kept doing this throughout the store. I actually wanted to buy a few things but they kept pushing me away from the things I was looking at. Ended up leaving with nothing and went and shopped at The Body Shop where they actually helped me as soon as I walked in. Hopefully they just had a fluke day but holy cow that was bad.

Went in on my birthday and I didn't catch their name but a team member went in the back and found a returned candle and a perfume sample for me just out of kindness. The scents are amazing as always and I just adore the service!
