I wouldn't suggest this place. Yesterday, I visited and was promised a 15% discount if I provided my email and phone number, but was only given 10%. Later, I received an email confirming the 15% offer. Additionally, while the previous customer received a coupon for their next visit, I was told none were available. Overall, I didn't feel valued as a customer and will consider taking my business elsewhere

This is potentially a hit or miss shopping experience. If you're looking for a bargain they may or may not be having a great sale. I found some great earrings when I stopped here the other day!

This was my first visit to a Lucky store. I was tempted in by the sale they had going on and didn't have high hopes. Well, I ended up walking out with two pairs on stretch slacks and a new belt. So I guess my initial impression was unsubstantiated. Some good slim fit stretchy material is what I typically gravitate towards and they had a decent selection of those and at a great price to boot. Also, the fitting rooms are open.

Selection was okay, but when I walked in I didn't see anyone or hear anyone until I walked about halfway into the store. I always find that odd when I enter a retail space and there doesn't seem to be anyone there tending to the items on the floor or the customers walking in. That being said Lucky Brand has some great products, but I only seem to find ones I like at secondary sellers like Nordstrom Rack or TJMaxx. I do like their accessories and my friend swears by their sunglasses at the outlet locations. I think they could improve the look of the store by putting some signs up that delineate the various lines or looks - I couldn't easily find what I was looking for without asking for help.

I do like Lucky, but this place was on the messy side. Perhaps too much inventory. Maybe if they would mark items down more, things would move. They had nice jewelry but I did not want to bother the staff to check prices.
