Lucky Brand is my favorite store not just because of their clothes but their customer service is always top notch! I came in to this location yesterday evening and a lady helped me (I forgot to get her name). She was super helpful and very nice. The store was clean and organized. The few times I've been to this location they also had great sales going on!

Just met Kaitlyn, what a phenomenal sales representative you have!!! She was so very helpful, and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. I usually shop at Scottsdale Fashion Square, but won't ever go there again. Had a bad experience at Scottsdale earlier in the day,, asked rep if they had any more of a style of pants in an xs. She claimed they didn't. Walked around the mall, continuing my search for pants when my son suggested we go back, he felt like I was being brushed off. Wouldn't you know it he was right. Just like magic they suddenly found more xs shortly after we left the store. And your rep, who was clearly surprised by our immediate return, was like "I was hoping you'd come back I just found more." That's not cool. But Kaitlyn greeted me at the door. Offered to help me find what I needed. She was polite, she was fabulous. Thanks Kaitlyn, Lucky has always been my family's favorite brand for mainstream clothing. Stay the way you are! We look forward to Kaitlyn's help in the near future.

best shopping experience. sale, great selection, and the service girl was soooo great! helpful yet not pushy, she easily knew my size and shape and found me the PERFECT jeans. Came in to browse, walked out with jeans that made me look 10 lbs slimmer. Thank you Dee Dee, you are a star :)

AMAZING!!! I was actually able to FaceTime with the gal at the store during this crazy COVID, she took the phone around and showed me some really nice jeans and shorts!!! I bought 4 pair of jeans and I love them!!! Thank you Amber!!!
