Mike in electrical department went out of his way to help me on the phone. Then went into the store and he was one of the friendliest and helpful employees!! Hand down one of the top best!!! Peggy and DOM we’re also very kind and helpful at the register when we were there.. So far, I’m very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness at this store. When we first moved here 2011 it wasn’t like that at all!! Management must have a lot to do with that we will be back!!!! Thank you for all the hard work! I will definitely tell all my friends!

Seems like for a Sunday they were pretty slow and very little employees running around offering to help! What happened to the little isle bells you could push to get help?

Curbside pickup- took only 3 minutes!

20 minutes for a propane exchange. Bunch of employees walking around doing nothing. Ended up just getting a refund cause no one wanted to help out the lady at self checkout. Horrible service.

Lowe's and The Home Depot are the go to stores for many of us. I've got the apps for both on my phone and when I have a project I'll compare the job on both. Lowe's came out to be the best option for supplying one of my latest outdoor projects. But that doesn't earn the home improvement store company any more than a rating of three stars. This indicates that my expectations were met. I consider this average or what any business should deliver simply by being in business.
To score higher I'll have to be pleasantly surprised by some aspect of my interaction with the store...whether it's overall better value, unexpectedly good quality, or unexpectedly high levels of customer service. Just being "good" and not disappointing doesn't earn more than three stars.
