I got in touch with Scott Lane (sales representative) from Lexus Chandler. My conversations with Scott Lane were absolutely great. He was great from the beginning of my journey to buying the car. He started off with sending me a personal video before the test drive, answered all my questions patiently and was extremely helpful during the process of doing the test drive, finding the best car with the specifications I needed and during the actual purchase of the car. Even after the purchase, he was extremely helpful in clarifying all of my outstanding questions with great confidence. Overall, the complete experience was magnificent and there were minimal to zero hiccups along the way.

I got in my car this morning and my rear view mirror was hanging. I freaked out and went to Lexus of Chandler and Ken in service was there. Ken went above and beyond to help me and calm me down. I have a job

Horrible customer service from the dealership and Lexus customer care IMO. They fixed our servo motors in 2021 fast forward to this year they’re no longer working plus additional servo motors. This was not a recall but part of a customer support program. The coverage applied to AC servo motors basically hot hair blowing and not blowing out all together. It’s specific models and years ours is a 2016 Lexus GS. Please look into this before buying Lexus. My issue is a very common problem with Lexus several years (look it up) and they do not want to do anything to address it because it’s no longer in warranty. It’s ironic the review below mine stated that they told her Mercedes breaks down and expensive to fix. Well guess what this is also an expensive fix and it breaks down because driving in 110 with hot AC is not feasible. Again, my issue is they fixed it and the same issue came back 3 years later, but worse. Why is that ok with anyone? This car will be paid off soon and we will never buy Lexus or Toyota again. Treat your customers better.
Update emailed Randy per his request below just to tell me again there is nothing they can do. This repair is costing us $2k. We’re done with Lexus.

The service when we went to Lexus was good with Scott Lane. We decided to go with another make of car and he called us to follow up. We apologized and said we had already gotten a Mercedes and he said “I hope you got a lease because Mercedes tend to break down and they’re expensive to fix.” This was so irritating when we had just gotten a new car we were excited about and he acted like a sore loser. This experience has made us want to stay away from Lexus. He didn’t need to get petty because he lost a sale

Very friendly staff. No pressure sale. We enjoyed working with Max, who took time to explain everything about our car. Sang, the finance guy, was also a pleasure to work with. They made our first Lexus experience a good one. Highly recommended.

Everyone in the dealership is so friendly and helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend them above any other dealership I have been to Scott Lane was my sales person and he was awesome. Knew every step of the process and the systems of the vehicle. Greg in the service department is friendly, helpful and just awesome to work with. Sam in Financing was great.
