This store has a wide variety of items on display at very competitive prices. The employees are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. We eventually returned and purchased a ceiling light. Again, the experience was pleasant. I would definitely encourage going to Lamps Plus if you have lighting needs.

Excellent service and they stand behind their products. I’ve been purchasing fans and lights in this particular store for a number of years. I recently purchased a chandelier that had broken parts out of the box. They ordered a replacement for me which arrived within a few days. Also I had another light that had stopped working a few days after the warranty expired. They replaced the light. Of all the items I’ve purchased in this store it just so happened that I had two items with issues at the same time. They resolved my problems to my satisfaction. Staff is already very helpful and courteous. That’s what keeps me coming back.

Chris O’Meara at LampsPlus in Chandler is top notch! He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and continues to go above and beyond for us! The store had a ton of great options and Chris helped us select the perfect exterior lighting and fans, along with internal fans and a dining room light. I highly recommend Chris and LampsPlus!

After visiting several big box home retailers, we're glad we made the trip here. We weren't sure what we were looking for but found something within 15 minutes. Wish we came here first as they have a large selection of light fixtures on display. We love our new dining light!

This store is a rip off, I highly regret to go and buy 4 DC fans! They sale junk!
We pay like $1500.00 for only 4 fans! Dont buy their DC fans, the 4 fans broke in months! We got the warranty and they must to come to my new home 3 times to try to fix it! The fans broke again and the warranty expired!
