We had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Antonia. She was rude while struggling to enter our email and left mid-transaction to the back room, asking another employee to finish helping us. It felt like she didn’t want to assist us because of an English language barrier with my mom, even though I was there to help translate. She then returned and treated the next customer very kindly, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable.
Our visit was 12/17/2025 around 1:30 pm, purchasing over $250. Truly unacceptable and disappointing

As per website the store hours states the store is open till 7:00. Pm on Sundays but the employee closed the store at 4:00. Unprofessional act.

FYI: this store doesn't offer refunds for unused returns with tags within 30 days - they will only issue store credit. I wish I had known that before purchasing something there. A very scummy company that I will no longer support.

I bought a shirt and shorts from Lacoste for the first time a couple of weeks ago to give them a chance. Spent $60 because their clothing is expensive. I washed the shirt and it shrunk from oversize XL to a L and then my shorts began to fade after 1 wash. I reached out to get a refund or atleast have them send me replacements and they told me I should have air dried them… a bit too late to be telling me that now! It’s not normal for premium clothing to need to be airdried especially shorts! I am just so frustrated with this place and their customer service because there is zero accountability. Hope one day they get better but I would not recommend buying from this store.

The store close too early before the closing hours, I came in to do a return at 6:35 pm on Friday, the store was closed already , the closing time on google is 7 pm , very disappointed and upset

I really love this company and store in general, but my last visit to this one was special because I had the opportunity to meet Ruth and Andrea. Ruth was fast, diligent and had a friendly disposition to help me choose the best products for my outfit. She really did go above and beyond to make my shopping experience as amazing as humanly possible. Thank you so much Ruth and Andrea. You are both such great workers!

Whenever I come to this store, it's closed! Even if the schedule says it's open, the employees put a closed sign!
