Don’t fall for the lifetime warranty claim from the salesperson. Had my chair 18 months, the reclining mechanism broke. I called for repairs. My lifetime warranty is costing me $175 to fix the chair. I’ll NEVER buy another la-z boy product ever again.

I recently brought two of my clients to the Chandler, Arizona store to test out some seating for their living room redecoration project. Gail was the associate who helped us and I just cannot say enough good things about her and the service she provided. She listened carefully when we described the specific needs my clients required in their fabric choices. She helped us quickly and efficiently sift through the many samples to make a decision we all loved. She allowed us to take our time looking at the fabric samples together with the boards and other samples I had for my client's project. And she was able to answer specific product questions for my clients and I. We were all very happy with the experience, and we are counting down the days until the custom piece arrives at my client's door!

Extremely over priced product. I do not need a chair for 20 years. Sure the structure may be fine but the amount of human dead cells, sweat, dirt, funk, ect... in the padding and material would be disgusting after 5 years. $3000 for a fabric recliner is nuts, especially for Mesa residents. For $1000 one could buy an amazing recliner with real Leather heated back massager and usb ports at other places of business.

My sales person, Misti, was very nice and extremely helpful. As a person who has trouble making decisions, Misti helped me pick out my entire living room set up along with accessories.
It took me a couple trips, but I left the store today knowing I made good decisions thanks to Misti.

Very disappointed with our experience and the poor customer service we have received from Lazy Boy. We ordered 2 leather recliners on 2/15/24. They were delivered on May 22nd. When they set them up chair #1 was assembled with the wrong lever handle on the side, which made it stick out from the side of the chair. Nothing was said when it was put together and we didn’t notice it until after they left. Then, we also noticed that one of the decorative stitches in the arm chair #2 was missing. We contacted Lazy Boy and they scheduled a tech to come out and do the repairs. He told us the wrong lever was put on chair #1 and he would have to order a new one. He also said they would have to order us a new arm for chair #2 that would have all of the stitching. We received the right lever soon after but have yet to receive the new arm for the 2nd chair. We have called them MULTIPLE times to follow up and they keep extending the time frame for it to come in. My husband called 2 days ago and was told once again that they would call him back but they didn’t. When he called them back they told him they left a voicemail on my phone but I never got one. He called back today (over 3 months now of phone calls) and they told us it would be another 7-10 days. We would appreciate someone contacting us to see how they might be able to make this right. We spent a decent amount of money for a product we believed would be backed by a reputable company. We have yet to see them come through and make things right.
